MPC STEMs GOT PROBLEMS during the first 4 hours

MPC STEM HAS PROBLEMS during the first 4 hours. We checked everything and every way but still problems we reinstall and look at comments from my first video and it's bad so far.

Glad I found this video. Same issue here. When I’ve checked for the latest software update AFTER installing the 2.14 version it says there’s an error. Usually says something to the extent of I’m running the latest version but now I get the error prompt each time. Also not getting the Stems activation option in settings 🤷‍♂️

You need to get the email first. If you get an email saying welcome to MPC stems, you probably won’t see it yet. I purchased 10:34am and got email 7:19pm. So, it’s mostly a delay in processing things into you account. It’s not immediate after you make purchase.

They’ll get it worked out. Is there some customer service that can get someone in the horn (or an online chat) to figure it out? Sounds like a universal issue across akai mpc products.

What's up Doc!😆 It's working now. I connected my MPC One to my Mac Mini with the M1 chip and Sonoma update. It's working fine in software and stand alone version.

Same issues here. Installed everything, but Akai servers aren’t passing the purchased information along to allow for our licenses to work correctly. Same activation issues, they’ve had for years.

You have to wait about 4 hours after purchasing... customer service said system was overwhelmed however after bout 4 hours I finally got my welcome email . Purchased at 1229 finally was able to activate at 330...

I’ve had 504 error re started a couple of times after force quitting. Then manually plugged in my mpc to Ethernet and updated again . Then logged back in on mpc software and finally it showed up in preferences. Clicked on activate and now showing activated but still having problems with the software.

I had errors also but how I got it to work you have to hook up your Mpc with the cable that came with your Mpc .then click on activation of stems,on your Mpc it will ask to go in controller mode then the activation will complete

Downloaded it with no problems the other day and used it a few times. Today I opened up the daw, and put a sample in and it closed. Re started my computer and it started processing the stems and then it says stems seperation canceled. I'm trying to re download the update now, guess we'll see what happens.

You have to make sure that the email address that you purchase it with is the same email address that you're inmusic brand email. I had the same problem but I went back and got another download with the email address that's exactly the same as my in brand music account
