I know that this is old but if you have the open labs mfusion midi controller software on your machine, that is the reason you are having pitch issues when you play a sequence. If you go in and check the settings of the pitch wheel, you will see that it is set to +1 and not 0 when it is not being used. i had to reset my pitch wheel parameters and it fixed the same issue that you are having..

Anytime fam. keep making good music. I got me a MPC x but i haven't used it yet, i want to get the MPC 4000 down to a science. i come from the ensoniq ASR and 16 plus. Again, keep making that heat.

Yea that template was made for old mpcs (i made it) but I guess it still works. so on your pitch thing. It could be a faulty pitch mod but i dont think so. did you reinstall mfusion? there is a known bug and fix for that I could maybe show you.

Looks like the physical pitch/mod wheel on the miko is faulty or the circuit board that controls it. I had this same issue with my M-Audio Axiom Pro. I had to get rid of it because the parts weren’t available. I had to just turn it off but couldn’t use the pitch bend. So I just got a new controller. See if the same problem happens when making a beat on the actual miko without using the MPC. If it does, the wheel controller is no good.

It's a major bug. I discovered today in my MPC Live, tested with three different synths
