Man what you did with that bassline 😮‍💨😮‍💨🔥🔥 This setup is really great. Iridium has endless sound design options and combined with Analog Heats processing and the effects on the MPC. This really could be someone’s full studio.

I demoed the Iridium in the store a while back with headphones on and I really had a hard time disconnecting. Such a rich, involving sound…..you forget it’s digital. But then to run it through the Heat….? Damn

I really dug that beat. Funnily enough I just had the opposite happen where I wasn't really sure about a chord progression and then I added an arpeggiated part over the sustained chords and it totally made it for me.

I love watching people cook up music on the MPCs, I just figured out how to arrange my beats in the MPC desktop software a couple of days ago. I always used to just export my sounds into Logic. Looking forward to more cook up videos.

Great video as usual 👍. A question for you - now you've had time to acclimatize to 3.0, I was wondering how well it works with multiple sequences and whether it's still possible to pull up the sequence selector screen to easily line up the next sequence during a live jam?

Great video !! May i ask how many sample based track (or drum track ) can we make on an mpc , i'm confused by the programm limit of 8 , does this includes sample based tracks ?

Thanks! No real limit on sample based tracks. Audio tracks (which are more like your standard DAW audio track) are limited to 8 instances and software plugins are limited to 8 separate instances.

This why i m confused .... audio track for me it was sample based ... so when you say audio track you mean audio clips right s ? In opposition to sample tracks that trigger audio via midi notes ?

@@ZozillaThaGreat A track playing samples on the pads isn’t an audio track. Audio tracks are no longer performable audio. Fixed audio that isn’t editable or triggered by pads or keys.

What do you prefer between the Mpc key 37 and 61? Is 37 keys enough to play something really melodic?

Go 61 if you want to play keys, and it offers much more than more keys
