I'm going to need a bit more info. By not working do you mean earbud is not turning on, or do you mean it is not pairing?

@@ReadySetGOTV It turns off and it doesn't turn back on without messing with it. I do 2 bumps the hold 3seconds or hold till they turn off!! Well if there's a video to educate me please send a link thanks.

@@richardlopez435 Have you tried doing a reset? 1) Turn Bluetooth OFF on your device 2) Take BOTH earbuds out of their case so they enter in pairing mode (flash red and blue) 3) Press the Vol up and Vol down buttons simultaneously on either earbud for 30 seconds. Earbuds will be off after reset. Hope this helps...

@Raud Skeggar We haven't reviewed the Flame Lite so we can't really give you an honest opinion at the moment. But we might review them in the future in order to do a comparison.

I just bought and used these ending with total disappointment... the proximity of buds is not close enough to block external voices... the base and voice clarity doesn't even match cheap unbranded earbuds and earphones. Highly not recommended!!! I wish I had seen this review before buying.

We totally get your point Syed, they do a poor job blocking background noise mainly because of their over-the-ear hook design. Aside form price, the thing we like most about the Flame Solos is that they won't fall off. Thanks for watching!
