This sort of man poses a real problem. You want young people to grow up into decent adults: unselfish, kind, generous. And then along comes someone like this, and he seems to prosper. You can nevertheless use him in two ways. Firstly, as an example of how _not_ to behave. Secondly, you can use a video like this, made by the magnificent 'Led By Donkeys' group, to show that he has made a fool of himself in public, simply by his own greed. This greed has caused him to fall for a hoax. He couldn't be bothered to find out if 'Hanseong Consulting' was genuine. You can also point to the almost 100% feelings of dislike, verging on disgust, for this man. By the way, I like the fact that he has complained about his 'privacy' being compromised. He has used his public persona to enrich himself, with the public office that he has been elected to, very much in second place. He has forfeited all right to privacy when he misuses his public office in this way.
