@@Heightren though I think in some cases, those types of videos are okay, like some KZbinrs made their custom play buttons for Jimmy for his achievements on subscribers milestones that blew away actual KZbin own play buttons. However, I could imagine it happened way too much of people wanting to give something to Jimmy, like that idiot who want to give him a cutout and only goes to him for his attention while he’s probably busy making a video

The issue here that I see is that neither side is sending their A-game, which just pisses me off to no end. One side hates him because he helps people who have a form of blindness finally see but there are kids in Africa who have no eyes so how dare you help these ones but not those. Ignoring that his phylantrophy is actually costing him more then it gives him back in terms of money. The other side just copies him therefore making people far less likely to follow any sort of actual phylantrophy while also making anyome giving it away as a clout chaser and nothing else. all of them, just social abd attention parasites mostly.

The correct response would have been to delete the original post and ignore Mr Beast. Yeah, it's a Dick move, but just speaking from a PR stance that is better than hurting your own image by replying no matter what you say. Being confrontational would start a beef he would lose. Apologising would feel fake and fuel more people to dig up other shity things he's done. So "taking the moral high ground" is cringe, and it's the better of those three, but the fourth option of burying it would have been best

I mean he created the blueprint, but his use of it wasn't just blatant parasitism. He personally caused pewdiepie's sub count to skyrocket. These guys add nothing of value and simply suck as much clout out of these big names as possible. The only one of these that I really liked was Ryan Trahan's series where he started with no money and traveled across the US to get to Mr. Beast. Sure, the inclusion of Mr. Beast in the challenge at all was purely for clout, but the series itself was very unique and took a ton of commitment.

Yeah he was the most subbed KZbinr, but T-series was threatening to overtake him, which is why the whole campaign started. Felix gained tens of millions of subs. In large part due to Mr. Beast.
