Green Tinted Sixties Mind is so underrated. That intro tapping riff is so smooth and melodic, then they all sing on the break. Top shelf musicianship!

Saw these guys many times back in the day. Met them in St. Louis. When Eric signed my poster he asked my name. I'm 6' 5" and at the time weighed 265. When Eric handed my poster back, he had signed, "To *****, the real Mr. Big." That he took the time to ask my name and make it personal REALLY impressed me.

Mr.BIGはたった一回だけライブに行ったのがまさにこのツアー。 もう演奏があまりに完璧過ぎて素晴らし過ぎてライブが終わったあと放心状態だったなあ。 今観ても全く色褪せないどころか、あの頃の自分よりも音楽を深く理解した今、もっととんでもない演奏であった事に気付かされました。 信じられないパフォーマンスですよ。 ちょっと人間業ではありません、マジで。 そして、メンバー全員がめちゃくちゃ美し過ぎる、めちゃくちゃカッコよ過ぎる。 そら売れるわ！ もう新しいライブは見れなくなったけど、彼らが残してくれた素晴らしい作品がいくつもあるじゃないですか。 メンバーのみんな本当にありがとう。 これからも楽しませてもらいます！ Mr.BIGは永遠です。

here is the story. about 10 years ago somewhere on the net I found this release. the official dvd release does not include the 2 tracks ("wind me up" and "alive and kickin') and additional material. the recording i posted is a japanese television recording that has not been officially released. it includes these as well 2 tracks and a lot of additional material. many years ago I downloaded it. it was in the form of a dvd on two discs (obviously someone made it himself. there are typos in the names of the tracks). at that time there were only truncated official recordings on youtube. and here are a couple years ago my hdd died. I went to youtube and found that someone posted a recording similar to mine. only the sound was constantly lagging in it and it was still shorter than mine. as soon as I did not look for my recording option on the network, everything is useless. I was very upset ... but a couple of days ago I came across a 12 volt power supply and I remembered that I had a very old external hdd somewhere. I connected it and found this concert among a pile of rubbish !! saved it there just in case! and just converted it and uploaded it here! a really rare version of this concerto. very glad that I accidentally found it after so much time)

Pat Torpey is very solid drummer and we all know how great Gilbert is, but I have to say that Sheehan has absolutely mastered his instrument. I know not everyone likes his style, but if you listen his playing during the songs, he adds just right amount stuff into the songs and only goes crazy with the soloing etc. when its needed.
