I love that he took a (musically) difficult song and instead of making it simpler for the live version, he just made it difficult in a different way.
@TheWoodencrow13 жыл бұрын
Damn, Mike has some vocal range...To anybody who doesn't get this stuff, it's supposed to be wierd, disjointed and slightly disturbing. It's Mr Bungle. What is absolutely amazing is that they can consistantly reproduce this shit live. It is marvelously scripted chaos.
@ZarathustrasCrown17 жыл бұрын
People go nuts about Patton (and don't get me wrong, the man's brilliant) but all these other musicians don't get mentioned much and it's a shame, all of them are incredible. Trey, Trevor and Danny in particular are incredibly gifted, playing some of this stuff live would be confusing as hell with all the rhythm and key changes and such.

@leonel1993 Unfortuately, a lot of people can't handle criticism of their favorite music; they act as if they are related to the band members. It's worse in extreme metal circles, where I often see extremely homophobic and ignorant comments made by people unable to control their temper. I believe in arguing without resorting to insult.

How can you call system of a down shitty just because they are more popular, the offer great riffs and melody. This song lacks no structure. It is a separate entity but doesn't mean it is well written music being random in the songwriting. Mike Patton is an amazing vocalist, but this doesn't really convey any mood and doesn't really captivate any feeling to me. There are good pieces here and there, but I wouldn't classify this particular song anything really great or special. I like bluegrass2
Epic rendition! This music sails well above most heads. The ultimate injustice is that I never saw them live.
@CourtJackal00114 жыл бұрын
This isn't a bad performance, but it almost ruins the song for me. I loved the original, and would love to see it performed live, but this is the only good live video of Mr. Bungle, so I really feel that I miss out on the greatness of the original song. Again, don't hate it, just really would like to see the original
