The name of this song really fits my perspective. Being a person who has trouble showing emotion,and communicating my feelings well,this really hits me. To me,this song represents struggles to try to communicate. The flow and the voice,only slightly expressing voice,and near 2:44 , the voice allows a way out,less pressure on its voice. And in my opinion, it expresses how we try to release the tension,and it seems we make do,but really we return to a constant state of being trapped in our own emotions. Love this song,really means something to me
