I am building a conveyor belt system. Well trying any way. I have nxt 2.0 system. I am trying to figure out the coding lay out to have the belt start when something is drop through a shoot. I am not sure on what the correct sensor I'll need. Any kind of help be be awesome thank you.

You could use an ultrasonic sensor for that if the item drops too fast for a color sensor.
