Is it not a fact that Uttar Pradesh which tops in the State list of having maximum number of Benches and still has just one Bench only and that too so near to Allahabad at Lucknow only and nowhere else and why the litigants of West UP are made to travel whole night and half day all the way to way not even till Lucknow but right uptill Allahabad which means 230 kilometres away from Lucknow which is just incomprehensible?! Why Maharashtra which tops in the latest justice index ranking list and still has maximum multiple HC Benches and why on the recommendations of Justice Jaswant Singh Commission headed by former Supreme Court Judge recommended three HC Benches and why yet not one created till now? Please ponder also on why the home state of incumbent President of Supreme Court Bar Association - Mr Vikas Singh that is why lawless Bihar has not even a single HC Bench?
