One of the best pairs you've ever worn. They look great on you. $665 or not they worth it. Personally, I think their best pair is the Doheny. One of the best aviators ever.

They look killer but I wouldn’t pay that much if I can’t get a polarized option. I purchased a pair of the Garrett Leight ‘Brooks’ frames while I was in NY this past winter and they’ve been my favorite pair! Would love to see you review Oliver Peoples Finley ESQ. frames, as well as some frames by Moscot! 😃

I ordered a pair of Getty II’s in August 2023 and was very underwhelmed. Really poor build quality, despite the claim to be handcrafted in Japan. The frames were wonky and did not sit right. Quality pales in comparison to other offerings from brands handcrafting in Japan, such as Jacques Marie Mage. “Luxurious” packaging non-existent - arrived in a basic leather pouch with no outer packaging, case or even a cleaning cloth. Not what I’d expected from $700 frames.

I'm really happy about these Garrett Leight glasses I have. They are expensive (800 EUR), but really good quality frames with a lot of detail. However, they started going crooked after 2 years, and I feel for the price they shouldn't. So probably wouldn't buy them again unless I get free service on it for life. Good video, I agree with you on your analysis.

There's an extra titanium component on the Getty II's frames. It's just a stylistic change, plus there are a bunch of different color options.
