Whats funny is that his voice in the other dubs are DEEP and how hes portrayed has his voice soft but tired in normal conversations except in his cutscenes Not saying their portrayals are bad but I Love Todd's dramatic portrayal for him. Youd never see his additional voice touches ANYWHERE else AND Todd only has the chef's kiss on the end of Rappa's backstory

As soon as I was aware that his english va was todd I was hyped already. We either would have gotten a more lower toned act that was a bit intimidating or something that just straight up went into crazy bs Turns out it was a combo of both and I wouldn't have wished for anything better.

I didn't know it was Todd voicing him and actually when he first appeared I was expecting a deeper voice just bc of his appearance. At first I actually wasn't sure how to feel about his voice but after the first scene I was SOLD. He 100% exudes the "eccentric director" feel and then of course there's the side of insanity and it's perfect.

I think he'll definitely be playable. So far the only person who's had a model that seemed like it might be playable but who wasn't is Cocolia, and she was a villain that died on screen. Mr. Reca is a weirdo but he isn't an evil villain (at least not in this story), so I don't see a reason for him to not become playable in a future patch. The ending hints at a future story continuing Rappa's search for Dr. Primitive, and I feel like Reca might be involved then. All just conjecture and I might be on hopium but I really do think they'll release him eventually.
