"because Phillip, I had to ask you twice" is one of my favorite moments in this show. I love Whiterose. Also, if you remember, she actually says to her second in command guy that she wants to go ahead with Phase 2 on the day of the UN vote and he asks why since she's getting what she wants and she says it's time Phillip Price got his hand slapped. That really is the reason she had thousands of people killed. And she does it with styyyyyyle

I remember discussions like this and other theorizing when it was airing. It's such a brilliant show that really has you questioning how far they're willing to go for the story being told. Is it time travel? Or was Angela made to think it was? What convinced her to work with and believe in Whiterose so absolutely? And all we know for sure, or close enough to sure, is by this episode it seems like Angela got broken by the horror of so many deaths. The acting and writing for the series just stays so consistently good. Which makes Angela rewinding and pausing the TV scene land so well, and Darlene looking at her with obvious concern for her friend.
