Sam Houston Coliseum, Houston, TX Paul Boesch promoter/announcer - I think at this time they were affiliated with both Southwest Championship Wrestling and Mid-South Wrestling at the same time. They recognized more the AWA title with Nick Bockwinkle. Houston Wrestling was big time.

As MW2 got older his ass got wider and his signature tights looked more like a diaper . He was in his mid 40s here and not feeling the call of the gym any more . He used to have much more muscle tone , but after 80 he began to care less with each year .

For a professional athlete to look like Mr. Wrestling 2 I mean come on. Could you look more out of shape, could you train to get a body that ugly so you could wrestle in public? He may be your all-time favorite, but he looks like an 80-year-old man wrestling in his depends? Is that what you people in the south call a wrestler? The man has at least a 46-inch waist if not 50. I have seen more athletic bodies on a golfer, I mean have you no pride? (or shame)
