instead of dosa chat which is on dryer side better to serve moonglet/moong dal dosa with various south indian chutney options create more variations by using different batter like besan based, millet based, etc. rest for chat u can have papdi chat, dahi bhalle, aloo tikki chat, golagappe chat, bhega kulcha/bun chaat, etc.
