Paneer coated in dry Corn Flour and fried.

All quickly Wok stir Indo-Chinese style fried on a high heat.

Matchsticks of Cabbage (Pata Gobi)
Spring Onion
Ajinomoto
Black Pepper Powder.
Sugar

Chilli Sauce
Pre-cooked Noodles.

Soya Sauce
Garnished with Spring Onion.
VEG MANCHURIAN WITH GRAVY RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
Fried Manchurian balls
Vegetable Oil.
Chopped Red Onion
White Onion
Red, Green & Yellow Capsicum
Garlic and Ginger Paste (Adoo, Lasan).
Water
Manchurian Sauce (made with Garlic, Ginger, Chillies, Celery and Manchurian Masala Powder
Soya Sauce
Cornflour (mixed with Water)
Topped with Spring Onion
The foods you see cooked in this video are popular street foods found in the Indian Sub-continent they are very popular menu items at many roadside stalls as well as restaurants in India.
The " Wok Stir Fry Master here makes it all look very easy, but it takes many years of practice and skill to get to this level of cooking.
(We have seen and recorded these guys before when they had a stall and were serving up Sugar Cane Juice and Shaved Ice Golas at the Leicester Mela) so really great news to see them now serving up Indian food much closer to home in London, here's a link to that video:

I find the chef preparing the dishes very carefully so that the food doesn't burnt unlike some chefs .very clean and hygenic b'coz he washed his hands before he started to prepare the dishes

Yes..Indian food cooking way is different and use different pans.. he is cooking all chinese foods..so using this pan.. for chinese and thai foods..veges will be half cooked which they prefer.. but indian food not like that ..so pan will get burnt as slow cooking...so if u see in Indian restaurants they will have nearly 10 pans + and after each dish the pan will be given for wash.... but these people hardly have 3 pans of same size. .but will use only
