I did the nordschleife in a 1.6 16v 100hp mk1 focus. It was fantastic, even though my brakes couldn't handle the ring it was certainly the most fun I've ever experienced in my life.

Hey Danny.🙋 These Nürburgring hot laps are the best! All killer, no filler.👌 The camera positions really give a sense of the speed you're carrying around that place. Showing both sides of the heated battle by switching views between your car and the DC5 was a nice touch... beautifully done on the editing by combining the two.👏👏 Personally, I've always had a hard time accepting praise from others (and you may be similar), but sincerely man, your driving skills and the quality of videos you produce are both outstanding! I've been onboard a while now and still look forward to getting notifications from this channel. There are a lot of clones in KZbin land, but not here, man. 2 of the best designed cars ever in production. Would love to own either of them. The Honda/Acura DC5 Integra Type R is NA Front wheel drive perfected, whilst the 3rd generation MR2 brings Mid-engine rear wheel drive to the masses.

You know that both cars are running the K20 engines right? Basically the MR2 is a Honyota. A stock MR2 won't be able to chase the K20a.

i would like all the excuses :O :P have to say thats pretty good job on the swap, a dream that i always had but from a racing driver point of view i would to read is any mistake you made to know if the feel of the layout it is what i believe, because it really does very similar since simulators ( a dream of lap, i can do maybe the mrs with k20 but i wont have near me nurburgring haha) on the tuner point of view i believe that the mrs needs a rear wing and maybe some stiffer spring rate, if not all the way around at least a wing at the back and 1 kg+ on the spring rate PS: if you are thinking in more comp on the k20a2 i would recomend go to a k24 and build it high comp :O thank you for this awesome video!!!
