Mr2 Turbo SW20 - Cooling System Upgrades - Installing RacerX Neck and Tree, new hoses - Episode 2

Welcome back for episode 2 of my continuing build series on my 1991 Toyota Mr2 Turbo.
In this episode we replace the stock coolant neck and tree with new billet aluminum Racer X pieces - they drop the cold start sensor stuff we no longer need and make the engine bay look more modern and much cleaner. Also, we replace a bunch of old rubber hoses with new blue silicone.

Did you ever go to any of the Arizona MR2 owners club meets back in the early 00's?

Not the mr2 specific ones, as my mr2 was never done to go to any, but I did go to a lot of night time car meets in that period. I was also fairly active on the forums back then. But just like you mentioned, life happens, and I don’t think I’ve been to one of those night meet-ups in about a decade. Once I get it running (and pretty) I might have to attend a few though.
