Great review! I wouldn’t want a free $200 controller if it doesn’t have turbo mode. I just received the EasySMX x10 today, and I absolutely love the mechanical buttons. It feels like stepping on clouds with my thumb. To enhance my experience, I combine it with Kontrol Freek thumbsticks, a pair of thumb sleeves and stick ring to reduce the noise. I tested my first macro on a dragon punch using a single click, and it works about 30% of the time! :D

That is great news! I remember you mentioned getting sore fingers at time so I'm glad the mechanical buttons are making it easier on you! Also, for the macro, it records timing, try recording it a tad faster or slower, one might work better than the other to jump that 30 to 80% ! Cheers bud, thanks for your support!

i have the q300 i enjoyed it as it were my very first gimmicky controller with turbo and macros. oh and the little gear icon at the back is to slow down the camera stick for "aiming" although i never play fps... if found it quite nice to make me walk around in games and move the cam slower than normally possible. oh and the sticks felt fine to me. I loved the face buttons because i pretty much value short travel face buttons and i hate controllers with LOUD and thumb felt long travel distance face buttons. as for the dpad.... it was horrible. i remember playing hollow knight with that and like 1 hour or less = sore thumb. that dpad was horrible!! it's like controlling a piece of brick that looks like a plus sign. the lttle dish thing... coulda made it better but it becomes harder to tell what you're pressing. a direction or a diagnal starts to become unidentifiable with that dish.

That's the tough part with some of these controllers, they have some aspects that make me go: "Oh wait, there's hope" but then, as a reviewer, I do look at the bigger picture and for that price point, there is significantly better. That said, it does have features that similar considerably better pricepoint controllers do not have so it's all blame but I would advise to exercise caution to potential future buyers of this product. I think some less known controllers in aliexpress deserve some light like Beitong Kunpeng 40 has TMR and adjestable tension like vader 4 pro, Thunderobot G80 and Mechaniker G5pro V2 10th Anniversary Edition . but i know those prised way higher but i think they might worth it.

The Kunpeng 40 will be getting some love from me for sure! There are also other cost-efficient controllers that I have in my scope, hopefully I'll get to review them soon. :)

Great video, didn't expect that you bought the Dobe controller. I was expecting the z03 would be a value alternative, I guess they cut corners. As you like some of telescopic controllers from BSP. The Nova Lite and Easysmx X05 really are hard to beat in terms of quality.

To be fair, the Z03 is definitely the best of the bunch, and I still think in some situations that it could be viable but the things that makes it cool are less cool when some of the purpose of said advantages do not deliver cohesively. Like, hair triggers make sense for people playing shooters that want a faster trigger. But otherwise, in most games, hair trigger or analog trigger, it'll work fine, graduality or not. Hair trigger on sticks that can't aim well fail to make sense to me. The gyro is a cool touch though but when putting the Z03 versus the Aolion K10, there is a CLEAR winner.

I literally just got a Q300 in the mail and it's good if you like gyro and use SteamOS / Steam Deck. I like it more than a standard PS4 controller. Correct that the sticks are super sensitive and that's great for SteamOS since you can turn down the sensitivity.

The good news is it will not will break the bank but quite frankly, I just can't get behind how it feels and the unreliability. There is a brand, I never featured them on the channel but they are called Dyonder. Honestly, their PS4 controllers don't look like nothing special but the performance is EXACTLY like the original PS4 controller but with longer battery life and they go for less on Amazon. I would recommend Dyonder well before the Q300 but that's my personal choice, if you like it, that's what matter! Cheers

@@GameTechTalk I actually got a Dyonder controller before and found that the gyro was very poor quality. If I moved it to the left I would move, lets say "5 units", but when I moved it to the right I moved "10 units". Calibration can't correct for that type of issue. The rest of the controller was great, but I aim with gyro, so that is the most important thing for me. BTW I actually own a PS4 controller, PS5 controller, Vader 3, Steam Controller, Hori Steam Controller, and 20 others lol and I still can't find the perfect gyro controller for me. I'm looking forward to the "leaked" GameSir G7 Pro Steam Controller (not the Xbox version, the unannounced Steam version with gyro and capacitive sticks). I look forward to more reviews and I would love to see how controllers work on the Steam Deck or SteamOS.

@@GameTechTalk yeah? The white one controller playing COD, right? Yeah, it is a G7 Pro. But the interesting thing is that the G7 Pro is only for Xbox, which, as we know, uses XInput. But the "leaked" video shows gyro aiming. I mostly use the Vader 3 which has a great gyro but doesn't have the capacitive sticks. I would love to hear (in the comments or a video) about what you care about in a controller. For me it's gyro and flickstick, but I know most players don't care about that. Mechanical buttons are also amazing, but not my main focus. There is no perfect controller but we can still find the best for each of us.

@@AlanJames1987 That is a great question, I think what I care most about is something I can't really describe. I'll call it the "immersiveness" factor. I find some controllers melt in my hands, they become an extension of what I'm trying to do, which obviously is a concept not an objective thing... But it ties in with the cohesiveness of it all. Maybe a boring response but this is what makes me love rather than like a controller.

Bro, something's bugging me out. So here's the thing i ordered a x2s Bluetooth and it should be coming this week. However after watching your tier list video i noticed that someone in the comments mentioned something about Bluetooth connectivity has some issues. So based on the fact that you put bsp d8 pro on S tier, should i cancel my order and get d8 pro instead? Thanks

The X2s uses bluetooth 5.0 and though I can't remember precisely, off the top of my head at least, I'm pretty sure that the BSP D8 Pro is 5.2 one of the better benefits with more recent revisions of bluetooth is definitely latency. It used to be a big issue with earbuds and it's something they vastly improved. That's not to say they can't suffer interference, both can but the more recent revisions, at least in peak conditions, should indeed outperform the older ones, at least in this specific case. Is that enough to warrant refunding the X2s? That'll depend on you but assuming you got it on Amazon or something, you'll get to try it anyway, might as well figure out how you feel then.
