The turret renovation is very interesting. I have been watching the news all about the weather. I was glad to see Florida did not get hit bad. Like other places. I live in Virginia and we got hit in some areas. But not like the people in NC And Tennessee and other areas. Those places list everything. And lost family and friends also. It has been so sad to see. Prayers for all of them.🙏🙏❤️❤️

The mermaid is the decorative top for a weather vane (the part with the arrow). The part with the North, South, east and west Needs set towards its northern position and should be stationary. So, when the wind blows the arrow will move & you'll know what direction the storm is coming from.

they did big mistakes, one the big one is never stop a concrete pore ,you need all concrete to be pore in one go.. second never put wood inside the concrete..wood will absorb water and will crack the concrete, the concrete is porous absorb water..and much more, rebar is wrong. they need a structural engineer

Greetings from Central Florida. Glad your family is okay. So sorry that they got flooded. Happy to hear that they were safe. I’m near Orlando and luckily didn’t have any damage to my apartment. We even have all utilities on. It was so scary though. Wind 89 miles an hour and 13 inches of rain. We had more damage in our area with Hurricane Ian too. Unfortunately, there will be more flooding to come with the rivers and lakes. Not near me though but I feel for all that will be affected. ❤🤗

Just think once the mill is done, you can expand your garden & preserve your own food. I started canning at 23. My grandfather taught me to garden all my life then to can. I’m 55, we’ve been growing our own food & canning ever since. Easiest thing to learn to water bath can is tomatoes! I tripled my tomato growth this year with to goal not to buy any tomato based product for a year. I set a different goal every year. If you want to learn, I’ll be waiting in the wings to help you out!
