Since concrete is the foundation of the stairs, no matter what they are covered in, it’s gonna hurt if you stub your toes or shins. With that in mind, I would use whatever you use on the main floor to provide a seamless look and feel. Also, porcelain is best for a kitchen so that if things are are heavy are dropped and the tile chips, the color continues straight through the tile making the chip almost invisible… ask me how I know 😂

I am curious, once everything is done, if you both comfortable sharing how much it cost for different aspects of your home building? I can see that your choose quality products. Did you have to choose some products b/c of costs of the product or the cost to put it in? If this would ruin the magic of what you are both doing I get it. What you are doing is my favorite program to watch. I am excited to see what you do in the future.

Loved the cat yoga! p.s you let your tomatoes dry out too much and then overwatered them. That’s why they split.

Also when you heat the floor for the first time you must build the heat with maximum 1⁰ up on 24 Hr. Till you reach the temperatuur you like
@gerritdyck589719 сағат бұрын
Normal you fill the floorheating with fluid and put pressure on before putting the cement on top. Than you have control that the system is not leaking

Why don't you cover your stairs and countertops with the same type of stone your millstone is made of? basalt lava.

The treat left on the plate is likely a cultural way of saying thank you. Leaving one signifies you liked it enough to eat it all but were full enough to not need the last one. I believe it came from the times when the fancy foods would be cooked by chefs for the rich and the rich would leave them one as a thank you when they really enjoyed it.
