The world lost him waaaaay too young. I miss whatever music he would've created. Got to see him live in 1979, An Evening With John Denver. It was wonderful

Whoa. This looks like it's about 1980/81? That's right about the time when he first captured my heart. I've forgotten how cute he used to be back then, lol! What a sweet, wonderful guy. He left a hole in my heart when he left us.

How I miss him and all his beautiful music. I will love him always...his love of lyric, music, family, life, nature, and the wonderment of the world we live in. I believe he was one of the first to make people think about the world they are a part of and how to preserve it. RIP, John.

at 0:54 he cant remember how he had been so lonely he forgot how it looks like to be home. If only Anne had join him during his tour it might had been a different story or he might be still around we dont know.

Does anyone know if this was the August 24, 1982 concert in Aspen. I attended and it was a highlight of a camping vacation out west. Pulled into Aspen and was surprised to find that John Denver was having a benefit concert the next day. What a wonderful memory.

I was surprised that John Denver also played mandolin in "John Denver Ballad of St. Anne's Reel" and does John also play mandolin, too, because I thought he only played just guitar, fiddle and piano and why would John Denver play mandolin in "John Denver Ballad of St. Anne's Reel"???
