I just wish that Mr beast would do more research on the psychological effects of his confinement challenges. Like watching a 20 minute video on the classic Stanford prison experiment can really show the impact that one of his challenges can have. Of course this experiment was an extreme case and extremely unethical but can also show how even something that starts off with good intentions can spiral into a psychological detriment to the contestants. Even if they have the ability to leave, the money and power that is dangled in front of them truly makes one believe that they are trapped and its just I wish Mr beast would just stop the confinement videos. They can really mess up the psyche of normal healthy people.

I mean being strip searched, dehumanised and forced to do humiliating things and not be allowed to sleep is inherently torture. I read an interesting journal that even suggested one of the 'guards' he hired was a 'professional dominant' (presumably a kinkster). Which is just... wild. That journal was very old and they spoke to past participants including guards and it's just wild in all my psychology courses none of the lecturers have ever shown knowledge of that journal and still promote the study as poor methodology but important data. It was always obvious bogus to me even before I had more obvious evidence of complete forgery in the study but... it's actually shocking there were very early whistle blowers who got ignored to this very day.

omfg, I just came from the interview....I have my own thoughts on Jimmy's response, and it seems like some people in this comment section and most of Caleb's have similar thoughts as me. I do think you should watch the whole thing, but pay attention to Jimmy's mannerisms, his word choices, and how many times he attacks (not JUST addressing misinformation) others who are criticizing him. Regardless on which criticisms were truth and weren't truth, in an interview where you are trying to clear your name and debunk misconceptions, attacking other people just aint it. He also talks about how many years ago something was with such an exaggeration like he thinks it being years ago absolves him from accountability of how his uninformed decisions actually harmed people. Neither Caleb or Jimmy acted like they understood just how serious the allegations were, true or not. When addressing serious allegations, even if they aren't true, if you make light of them, it shows that you don't care what impact your decisions could have on others. That interview was not what Jimmy or Caleb thought it was and it didn't necessarily do what they thought it would. Most of us now have the questions of "Well why didn't you educate yourself BEFORE putting yourself under the watchful eye of MILLIONS of impressionable people?" Essentially, the interview just shows us that Jimmy is still a kid who shouldn't be in charge of a corporation until he grows up a bit more, mentally.

I agree and appreciate you being candid on your opinion regarding dogpack - especially after having met him and even advised Rosanna and Jake. The one thing I disagree on is thinking Mr Beast is gonna get information to try to sue someone like Rosanna. KZbinrs suing KZbinrs is an inherent bad look but in this case, dogpack isn’t really a “KZbinr” in the normal sense as he literally just made his account to go against Mr beast. Given that he has intentionally slandered Mr beast, I think it’d be most beneficial for him to just sue dogpack for headlines and redemption (as well as make an example out of him) as opposed to money since he is already a literal millionaire. Very inconsiderate of Mr Beast to not wait until after you’d healed from your eye surgery before finally responding! He’s the worst!! Also on the note of the title, because let’s be real that’s why we’re all here, I’ve been thinking about how I feel about this since Mr Beast said he’s going to have to sue Dawson. On one hand, I think it’s fucking insane when big companies go after small people and crush them. Like you’re going to destroy their life, you know that they’re never going to be able to buy a house, never be able to support a family, probably never have a decent job. Dawson is a young guy, should a mistake like this impact him in that way? And the answer I’ve come to is.. yeah, he does. Let’s be real, if Dawson had done this all in good faith it would be one thing, but he manipulated the facts, purposefully, to trick the audience into being angry at Mr Beast. I don’t like Mr Beast and yes, I felt vindicated, but everyone including me said “he’s worse than we thought” and no, no he’s not. That’s the major problem. He’s still as bad as we thought, he’s just not worse than we thought. It’s not like his impact was a small one, he’s cost them millions, it’s going to cost people their jobs, it’s going to slow the philanthropic work that Mr Beast does (which I’m not saying he’s the best guy for the job but credit where it’s due, at least he tries. Although some of DogPack's stuff may not be true, I think some of it still is. No one, except Coffeezilla, has brought up dates of when things happen and so has pretty much proven that Jimmy has lied. Like one of the things he mentions is that one of the eye surgery companies didn't get paid and Jimmy says it was brought to his attention 2 weeks ago and then he paid them. I believe DogPack's video came out more than 2 weeks ago and I think that's how it got brought to his attention. And other things like that. I figure he did this interview with Caleb because he wouldn't push back. Caleb started asking a question by saying that when DogPack's video first came out he respected him and Jimmy just kind of attacked Caleb. It will be interested to see what is going to happen.

As for everyone saying Caleb should've pushed back more or whatever. Yes autism isnt an excuse but please keep in mind autism also affects social situations in many different ways so please keep it in mind and be kind to him and Kris (I know she wasn't involved or on the spectrum to my knowledge but partners tend to get backlash too just by proxy). Also in the full interview Caleb does push back a bit and do followup questions, please watch the full thing for yourselves we're all entitled to our opinions but keep it kind!

I understand that communication is different for allistics and it’s difficult to fit in a lot of the times. I can imagine it makes it hard to press when someone yaps a lot (like mr beast did), I would have a problem with that. At the same time I know, that pressing for the truth can be as much an autistic trait as withdrawing from the conversation. We can’t say wether it was because of autism. I am autistic. I know both urges, to press and to withdraw. But I would expect more from an interview with someone so controversial. I believe Mr. Beast did a lot of damage and an interview with him SHOULD press for information. That’s what the interviews are for. I don’t feel well with people saying that the interviewer avoided conversations about important issues because he’s autistic. As an autistic, it doesn’t sit well with me

Everyone and everthing can be questioned under discovery in a lawsuit. Telling youtube is one thing that is convoluted through butt kissing from smaller creators, has zero bearing in a court of law. Jimmy is silly to think people would keep up the same cover 4 him if under oath. They won't. If they do, they will get in trouble not Jimmy. The Soggy video proved gossip n hostile work environment and that Dogpack was basically let go because he was socially awkward. That is not a fireable offense. No one said anything about Dogpacks work or quality thereof. Also, Dogpack has an NDA but the other workers can get info, including Soggy who did not work there? That is workplace privacy violation. Dogpack has an NDA but no one else does? That is discriminatory and should, and can be, bought up in court. Also if the job descriptions were vague and not directly in line with employment laws, that's another strike against Jimmy. Beast games participants r suing 4 unfair pay. Which Jeff already proved this as he was broke and did the solitary challenge 4 cash. Why would he need cash if Jimmy paid well? The over all unfair pay and misclassification of worker for employer gain, is under Unfair Labor practices in US law. You can not pay someone as a part timer or on a trial (as they suggested with Dogpack), or temp and treat them less than or differently then other workers, if they are doing the same work as a full time employee. Why did Jeff go to screen actors guild? To get fair pay of hours worked. This is why he was paid by Jimmy because in court under fair pay laws, Jimmy would have lost against Jeff so he paid him what was due. I do not want to see Dogpack in a lawsuit but I have worked with US Department of Labor for 12 years and these are the things typically bought up in court.

If proven this would the easiest cases to win defamation. Also, in CA with ani-slap laws, that's really difficult to win in general. It's harder in CA to keep Celebs suing journalists in courts. Let alone financially compensation, Mr. Beast would win that Dog Pack 404 would not be able to speak about Mr. Beast publicly any longer. If he DOES, he is fined PER incident. If he does, basically all of his wages on KZbin/ wherever would be garnished (taken and given to Mr. Beast until the debt is fulfilled). In fact, if Dog Pack loses the case and they say he owes a certain amount, they would work out a payment plan. If he defaults on THAT, his wages would be garnished the same way.
