As an autistic person I completely understand his point of view. I’ve made many mistakes just from thinking I’m being logical and it turns out I’m wrong. It’s so easy to think you’re doing the right thing and then to be made out to be a “dumbass” when in your head it was the logical thing to do has such a detrimental effect on your self confidence. And in addition to that his whole life just flipped upside down whilst he’s already got other issues going on his life. I think it’s well known that people with autism don’t cope well with change and I know first hand it can have a massive negative impact on your mental health so I hope he is doing okay and I’m glad he has a supportive partner and family around him

I find it infuriating that the worker was suspended, when he was trying to do his job and got permission from the manager to put up the sign, the manager should be suspended, since they were like "yeah I think it was recalled but I'm not gonna check the list right now, just do it". This was irresponsible and the manager is more to blame than the worker. Also if I was in charge at that company, I would take lunchly off the shelves, the way they have acted is so unprofessional, taking a workers details in order to blast them all over the Internet, instead of handling things in a formal way, I would be like, get that crap out of my stores 😬

I would have the same exact mindset as his boss. When a food item is recalled it's so important to act fast so no other people can buy that product. If I was busy and couldn't look at the recall list right away, I would have put a sign/told someone to put a sign up as well because "it's better to be safe than sorry." Once I noticed they were not on the recall list, I would have taken it down. Logan thinks everything is about him. The employee and boss made such a small mistake that literally doesn't harm Lunchly at all. There are multiple stores across the world that sell Lunchly and you are so hellbent on one store having a sign up for a couple of days? On a product that they was already low in stock? Also, it's not a brag that Lunchly sold out. You have 3 major youtubers working on Lunchly causing other youtubers to want to film and try it. You created an item that can be bought over and over again. A product that is made for kids so kids can beg and cry to their parents until they buy it. With Ro finding mold, you have people buying the whole shelf to livestream them opening them to see if there is mold.

It's bleeped (fortunately), but if it was always supposed to be censored, it makes no sense to record it and gives no additional information. There's only two options that make any sense to me. The first is that Logan originally recorded this with the full intent of including the name (and possibly face) uncensored and the whole thing was censored later. The other option is that it was always meant to be bleeped but is designed as a threat - a sort of "I know your name, I know your face, I could do worse if I wanted to". Given his unnerving and frantic rundown of how they found the store it wouldn't surprise me at all. TL;DR: Logan either always meant to do worse, or he's threatening this employee and any other potential critics by flaunting his ability to hunt them down and send his followers to them. Either way it's chillingly malicious.

Teachers have unions it’s likely they had to keep paying him while he was suspended under investigation and the union probably provided him with representation. Sadly most retail stores shut down locations that are trying to unionize, so this worker doesn’t have those protections or anyone fighting for him to get back to work like someone in a union would. I know morally it still sucks but I hope that helps with understanding why.
