Greetings from South Africa. I'm glad that you enjoy this exhaust. However, with the style of driving you generally use I personally find that it makes more sense to just stick with the stock exhaust. Like I said now, I'm glad that you enjoy this exhaust.

I agree with you there when yo say about the torque, I've got the 1.4 and since i put an cold air intake on (more so for the noise than anything) it defiantly feels more responsive and more torquey. Picks up to speed a lot better as well and find it wants to wheels spin now when i pull off with the same amount of rpm as i used to pull off in some cases. and if i drive it hard it will wheel spin in 2nd as well.

I've got a 1.25 had mine 14 years was a brand new car in 2006 had 15" alloys added maybe 8 years ago can't remember. Pre corona I had a backbox twin exhaust fitted sounds amazing and it even pops occasionally lol. Gets me from A to B and is quick for me

I have a st150 with a full custom , it drones on the motorway it’s a fun car but drinks a lot , lots of rumble on lower revs and gets pops when it’s hot on high revs

same, i honestly think it looks better than the mk7, which i have owned a ST3 from, and the new mk8. Love the more boxy styling and the fact they are rarer now. All my mods are documented on my channel.

I have a mk6 st150 and I upgraded from a 1.2 fiesta. The low down torque is the most scary thing in the ST when youre getting used to it, especially with its torque steer

This is Petrol the 1.6 diesel however has more power and can be tuned to be quick unlike the petrol I have where tuning really isn’t a possibility unlike the 2.0

Went from a 1.4 fiesta mk6 80bhp lol to an st150 they are so torquey not stupid fast by all means but they are cracking cars and will open up when I get an exhaust and stuff

Finding a decat for a mk6 is very difficult as you need to bend the flexi if you purchase one of ebay its not a straight swap so mostly everyone has blown their original cat out which is what I have done.

I’ve got a 1.2 corsa and I really want to upgrade to one of these, 2 of my mates have one, both with exhausts which I’ve test driven and I want one so bad. But with any exhaust mod the insurance goes sky high even for a standard custom exhaust, don’t think I’d love the car the same without an exhaust 😩 but would be an upgrade on a 1.2 slug either way 😆👍🏻

I'd say keep ya 1.2 build ya no claims and buy an ST the 1600 is pretty anemic powerwise. The ZS is pretty much a muddy middle ground which is quick enough to be a performance model but isn't fuel. Efficient enough or comfortable enough go be a commuter. I've got one if u couldn't tell

I’m not thrilled by looking at 100bhp haha but it’s deffo a nice jump from a 1.2 and 83bhp so still looking for a zetec s, I figured out that compare the market gives may more affordable quotes with aftermarket exhaust then go compare does which I was using so I’d be looking at 1500ish for a zs and a declared exhuast

@@Leon_FTP that's not bad, maybe be able to knock 2...300 quid off by really scooping around. Honestly I love mine, I've had it about a month and I feel it's worth modifying. If u have extra cash of buying, I'd look at the 30th anniversary ZS. I regret not looking further into those. I'd love a Green one. Seperates you from all the 1.2 and 1.4 ST lookalikes.

@@worldsyoungestcarguy2529 I’d absolutely love an anniversary addition so unique and cool! Talking to a guy who’s got an 07 ZS with 74,000 miles completely unmodded, and he’s wanting £2300. Would you say that’s worth it keep in mind I’d need to buy an aftermarket exhaust and pay someone to put it on, I’ve been told not to go over £2000 for a zs so not too sure. Especially since if need to pay for the mod. Not too blessed with cash haha :)

Mine was 81k miles when I bought it for 1500quid. Little did I know it was pissing brake fluid from the offside front caliper😬. No other problems since

I've driven the style 1.2/ zetec 1.4/zetec s 1.6 and ST and I've had fun em all aha, the difference between the S and the ST is the power but the zetec S are more fun, you feel like your driving the car more to get the most out of it which for me is more fun than the ST, plus with abit of money you can match the power and more of a standered ST 🤙 how ever first car it's probs gonna be to much on insurance with no no claims.
