I had the 1.4 diesel three door and with three friends in it,plus a 4 room tent in the boot ,i run around spain mostly on the back roads we all chip in money it was cheap to run, and we injoyed the music.

Try using a magnet instead of blue tack on your filler cap. Should hold it in place. I had the same issue with my exterior panel, peel off the old yellow glue and use some double sided tape. Works a charm.

My old one had the same issue. I ripped the lock out and put some Velcro tape on both sides. Held it in nicely

Yes, window door trim on my mum's Mk6 (now mine) let go at the top. It's since been screwed in.

Greetings from South Africa. The issues I have withese Fiestas is you can't open the boot the same way as on the Mk7 fiestas, the gears make a grinding noise sometimes when selecting reverse and on the 1.25l and 1.4l models the stock exhaust systems sound more like performance systems than stock because on the 1.6l models, although the stock exhaust sounds too throaty to me, it gives off a nice deep hum overall for daily driving.

Put it in 3rd first, then in reverse. This should prevent it from grinding

Lol he messed up the car, my Mk6 facelift is also around the same age and its still very clean, shiny and everything is working as it should. it's all about how you take care of the ride. if you see things break and you don't get em fixed right away, your car is gna end up looking like this

@@MrBillyVlogs How about when you are overtaking and then find something coming toward you and you want/need to either pull back in (i.e. are you clear of the vehicle you were overtaking OR NOT) or stop and hope the oncoming vehicle does the same? Where do you live/drive? I hope (and intend) to avoid it.

Mate you shouldn’t own a car IF THATS YOUR ATTITUDE try waking 10 miles in the windy pissing rain without an umbrella then say you hate the car!!! mate my 06 diesel 1.4 tdci fiesta Zetec was dogshit when I bought it (someone had keyed it all the way round (proper went to town on it) The suspension was rotted out the fuel lines and the brake lines were corroded the thermostat leaked the heaters didn’t work the radio didn’t work properly and the wheels were seized on the hub) BUT I repaired it it’s now back to factory standard with gloss black grille & trim and a painted white n blue interior and I love it even when the weather is shit and stuck in traffic!!! what I’m getting at is that all those little niggles can be fixed you just have to care enough to do it!!! and as for “getting something loud” don’t bother all you doing is saying to the police hello pull me over because I’m an idiot and I think I’m clever with a deafening exhaust in a local/residential area where people have kids work unsociable hours and the elderly BE SENSIBLE BE SAFE 👍
