Both voices are extremely fine and the harmonies just gorgeous. Jason’s superb playing rightfully gets a lot of attention but let me give a shout out for Pharis’ guitar playing. Her impeccable timing and subtle dynamics are such an important part of the sound. She makes it look easy (it’s not at all!) but that style is so beautiful when done perfectly, as here. Almost the first thing that grabbed me on first hearing Pharis & Jason was the lovely relaxed groove. And underlying everything that organic pulse - like breathing. Only very special music has that.

Excellent new song, love it and looking forward to new album, I have all their others and love them. As for the video, I would rather see them playing what we are hearing, both playing guitars, the expressions on their face when playing and singing together, that's very special and adds a lot to the song/video. I feel like that simple style fits this music more too. But to each their own, some like those music video productions, and that's fine.

I just now stumbled onto this song and, by extension, you, and am quite pleased to have done so. I deeply appreciate your vocal harmonies, especially the way you sing the refrain as a kind of canon. I was going to say that this song is medicine, but I looked at your website and saw that some reviewer already beat me to it.
