Goto Any Network Franchise they will issue a sim card to you required documents is passport and visa . Note : do go to these local communication shops they will not issue a sim without Pakistan national card for foreigners they have go-to the company franchises I prefer to buy a jazz sim just go-to the Jazz franchise or get the help of any local to get there .
