I dont think Night Wing is dead unless Lex did it. The two main suspects for his death is too obvious. 1. I dont think it could've been Harley because of the location of Night Wing's corpse. Harley needed Barbara's roommate to help her get there since she didn't know where the place was and even if she knew subconsciously she wouldn't had been able to get there and walk around unnoticed. Leaving her bracelet on him would put the blame on Harley. 2. Even though Night Wing was in her way Talia still did want she wanted and she was also worried about Damian's safety knowing what happened to the previous Robins. She has admitted to assassinating people like foreign leaders with a smile on her face so she couldn't had done it, she would had told Barbara.

No we need to look at the facts. 1: Nightwing was left dead up a tree, in the middle of a snowy mountain, Where their was barley anyone who could find him, Meaning that the culprit possible didn't intend to reveal Nightwing death until much later. 2: From what I saw Nightwing had no weapon related injuries, Like a knife or gun wound, Plus his body didn't seem like it had been physical damaged, So that leaves Poison, Underwater Electrocution, Hypothermia, Hypoxia aka depriving him of air and Psychic attacks aimed at his higher and basic brain function to name just a few. 3: Whoever did it either really did put on Harley friendship bracelet to mess with her OR and this is a stretch but go with me here, Nightwing in a quite moment of contemplation realise that maybe he was being a bit too much of a dick to Harley, Who despite everything had been trying to help, So he decided to put the bracelet on himself before or after he had continued his investigation. Finally 4: Nightwing investigation had to have been related somehow, Maybe he found or saw something that just could not be allowed to be revealed. All in all, I see currently two major suspects, Lex or Talia, Both have the Means, Resources and Various Motives. Lex cause well he's honestly been taking a lot of Ls in this season so just being petty would be enough for him, Plus killing Nightwing would hurt Harley which in turn would hurt Ivy sooo win. Then theirs Talia who has already been dismantling the Bat family from the get go, Replacing Alfred with a Butler that would probably be completely loyal to her, Taking their gadgets and Now taking Damian away for what reason, Perhaps for whatever comes next. Weirdly enough, I think the third most likely suspect would be an actual accident. We see how massive the impact of that death was on not just Harley or the Batfamily but also all of Gotham. The question of who killed Nightwing is the number 1 thing on everyone’s mind and everyone is a suspect. So, what if it turns out that everyone has just been overblowing this whole thing, to the point where they miss the obvious and instead stress out to the point of insanity. Nr 4 on the suspect list is Robin by the way, again as an accident. There is prescient for Damian killing Nightwing in the Injustice spin off and he has been weirdly clingy to his mother in the last few episodes. Him feeling guilty and running away to the only parental figure he has at the moment would make sense

Honestly my theory is that Nightwing isn't actually dead, but it's unlikely. I suspect that Nightwing arranged this with Joker and the second Harley, who was most likely Clayface, given that he's the least harmless shapeshifter they know about. Most likely he convinced for Joker to cover for him by pointing out that he could take credit for his "murder." I could see this as a deep undercover mission of Nightwing's, but honestly, with this show, he could very well just be dead, this show has zero chill, which is why I love it.

Yeah I think it was most likely Talia who did it because her and Lex are the only two given prominent roles one for Harley and one for Ivy Lex is more after Ivy than Harley so him killing Nightwing wouldn’t make that much sense he would also brag about it
