I suggest one of the famous drink in Visayas and mindanao area here in the Philippines.. its called "TUBA" its came from coconut juice like lambanog but different process.. the tuba became vinegar when it is more than one month of age.

Have you tried Stick-O yet? Those wafer sticks are so delicious, I can eat a small pack in one seating. The Stick-Os are those dark brown/light brown wafer sticks in a cylinder plastic with red cap at 9:57 to those who don't know.
