This yard went from FREE TRANSFORMATION to a FREE LEAF CLEAN UP, but I did both for FREE

After speaking to the neighbor about the story about this house, she told me that 6 years ago the owner passed away and they had been working on the will to give this house to the right person. Then when I was mowing this yard the neighbor across the street came by and told me that he usually mow this yard when it gets overgrown because no one else would do it. So he thank me because he gets to have a little rest from this yard.

Sadly, this happens often! and the worst offenders are the kids that neglected their parents, never visited, never assisted financially. My Aunt was one of these selfish kids demanded it all but never came around!

Getting those curbs and sidewalks cleared up is a great blessing...left for too long can get to be a dangerous situation...and then mowing and manicuring the house yard is a bonus...the owners don't deserve such care, but I'm sure the community appreciates it !

That home, at the time you found it, needed "everything", from mowing, trimming, to edging, curb clearing, shrub trimming...and then added leaf cleanup. Thank Cris for sticking with all the time, steps it took to get this place done. Very sorry someone tried to steal your trailer but glad they did not succeed. Glad a kind neighbor has been battling to try to keep the yard going...for six years. You didn't just "mow" the yard but did the detailing that will make the neighbors efforts easier. The sidewalk really needed renewing, appreciate you made the time to keep it open for pedestrians. The curb clogging was also probably messing with street rain drainage. So your help reached the family in probate, the neighbor contributing yard help and the neighborhood as well as your viewing friends. Nice work.
