NEIGHBOR is AMAZED on HOW THIS YARD turn out she said THE LAST GUY did HORRIBLE
After knocking on this house and no one answered, i went to the neighbor and from what he said that they the new owner who just recently bought this house used to maintain the yard but lately they stopped. leaving this yard to go out of control. And another neighbor said that there used to be a lot of break ins on this house and that is why the home owner moved out of it.

In my work I find a true brush cutter/trimmer with a two edged blade like they use in Asian videos works well. The bicycle type grips and a shoulder harness make it easier. So I save the string trimmer for tight spots and finishing touches. Mr. Cris is the Eric Clapton of the string trimmers.

Looking at the initial pictures, I smiled, because I bet you would make that place shine. I will hope that whomever bought the home gets a resurgence of "can do" when they find you added a great deal of help, in recovering the yard. Thanks for pulling the vining off the air conditioner, it would probably cost a small fortune to have to get a new unit. Four days of returning, to work on that home. You must have thoroughly impressed the neighborhood. Appreciate you didn't give-up on the backyard or the stuff stuck in the fence. That all added-up to being a "First Class" quality job. You did a Restoration for the neighborhood. Connected, neat. Enjoyed the pictures of the "Picnic Crew".

Took great care with a corner lot ,refined it transported it back to its natural state, mowed everything weed ed it trimmed it ,edged it , then picked up the grass with said mower , that impressed , me the neighbors and everybody else looking then gave the birds a meal too, wow job well done i say!!!

Unlike a few other yards transformation channels, you pretty much like 85 to 90 % of the last three videos I have seen, did what I had thought about would be best. You basically mowed first parts before using the edger and times used the eater before the edger. I had always would mow, then use the eater, edger, shovel if need be. I see others start with edger, eater, then use the blower, use the shovel around before or/and after the eater, and then use the blower. After all that mow and use the blower to up four times in spots. The blower would be my last thing. Trimming bushes, trees, and whatever would be when wanted or need too. It is whatever a person feels best doing for the end that places look great. You really did do a great job on this yard, including putting that broken part of the fence up and putting whatever to help it stay up.

Having a property so overgrown and looking unlived in just seems to invite trouble be it break ins or squatting. Sadly that type of behavior can also lead to other homes getting broken in to as well. This level of growth and neglect didn’t just happen over night, Mr Chris you did the neighborhood a big solid on this one. It must have been rewarding for you to hear the compliments from the neighbors when you were done. Seriously 3 plus days of weed whacking was crazy but you got it done and didn’t back down for one of the worst properties you ever took on. You must have been feeling relieved when you got the mower out on day 4, just knowing the end as near. You really outdid yourself and earned a big rest at the end. That was a total transformation.
