Really enjoy watching your videos. You've inspired me to make some cycling videos of my own... although nowhere near as professional! I've been to Hellifield a few times and I'd recommend the 'Fireman's Breakfast'. Looking forward to your next video! Best wishes, Andrew.

Thanks for the kind words there, I really appreciate the feedback. Best of luck with the channel and making your videos, just a word of advice, be mindful of how much time they can take to edit lol. I can spend hours and hours making them but it's all part of the fun.

Ey yup me lad welcome back we missed you thanks for the great upload . Looked like snow from the thumbnail ❄️. That’s a nice little cafe ☕️ could say it was a 🚂 ing ride . Recently I did my 1st 5000 plus feet elevation ride over 40 miles and was not as hard as I thought it would be.
@MrDazP1adv3ntures3 жыл бұрын
Thanks 👍252, 5000ft in 40 miles sounds like a challenging ride. I do one from my side of the Pennines over to Holme moss and Tintwistle then ride the same way back. It's over 11k feet in 80 miles and you know you've had a ride when your finished. We did Malham yesterday and the weather was perfect.

Hellifield was a train spotters paradise in the days of steam , and the code for the steam shed was 24H , so not a 24 hour stop . love the videos.

Top class as always. We all thought you'd found a 2KG gold nugget and decided to retire from YT 😁 Welcome back. You must have a massive backlog of rides to upload. We look forward to seeing your Summer rides in December... '22 😉 6:31 unnecessary close pass, what the F.

Hello my friend, You know what happens once the lighter nights kick in, all my time is taken up by being outside on an adventure. Saturdays are for cycling and the day after has been bombing up the M6 to Scotland searching for gold. I've lost all my hours in the week that are normally available to do the editing ! I am away from home for over 60hrs a week with work too...The thoughts have crossed my mind about some of my summer rides being ready by the end of Autumn lol. We will get there at some stage ! I just watched the playback at 6:31 and yes I agree, the driver was pretty close. Anyway I can't stop on here too long, it's 10:00pm and the grass needs cutting. Stay tuned for the next one .......or two

Nice one Daz, lovely countryside. Not been out since 2nd June, injury to thigh muscles, but I did go over Saddleworth and got up Holme Moss for first time, well chuffed. Now sat in watching KZbin, got to rest up for 8 weeks, slowly introducing mild training, doctors orders. Keep the videos coming, from a local fan, cheers Alan.

Freightliner started running a 39 wagon aggregate service from Peak Forest to Wembley in March, two locos hauling, totalling over 500 metres long, and some Network Rail ballast hopper loads run to 30+ wagons.

Love your video's the speed you roll along at is crazy to me and the info you add as you ride is just brilliant. I am a lone rider and since giving up work at Christmas I now manage 4 rides most weeks weather permitting but your speeds are way beyond me .
@MrDazP1adv3ntures3 жыл бұрын
Hello Brian, it's a great feeling once you get up to speed , especially on the fantastic roads in the Dales. Having said that, the pace I ride at compared to the pro riders is nothing, them guys are animals ! Thanks for the great feedback though as it's really appreciated. Hope you are enjoying your cycling as much as I am , cheers.

Thank you Martin. This was one of the first proper warm rides of the season and on the next one we had a pretty good turn out with the guys. I can't film all of what they talk about though ! It's usually totally inappropriate.

@@martinandrew4227 I have done a few MTB events around the Holme valley and the Colne valley. We are blessed with so many great places to cycle to in the NW of England. The guys were talking about doing a ride out to Buxton soon

Great to see you cycling some of the roads that were regular rides for me back when I was a teenager. The cars and trucks are bigger and the motorbikes faster, but the roads and scenery are still a thing to enjoy. Good to know that the cafe still does a late afternoon scone if you need one too.
