I had a predecessor of it some 20 years ago and there were 2 things I hated about it: The wooden bolt to actually attach the wings to the fuselage and the way you had to glue in the elevator servo for not being able to swap it if it's broken. Other than that, flew brilliantly

I think the elevator servo could be the same. basically prise the thing open and shove it in. A friend is pretty high up in F5B, and he's going to help me set this all up. Just waiting for lockdown and covid to sod off.

Stumbled on these earlier. Could be just what I’m after. How did you get on with it in the end?

In all honesty. Mine is still in the box. Other projects took over. However, a friend has flown his and said that it's a good plane. Pre-covid he was the number 2 F5B pilot in Europe, so I'll take his word on it.
