What does the car protocol list do on the MMI Green Menu? I have all those boxes unchecked? If you check them do they show up on the screen in the regular MMI?

hello. thanks for your videos. when i access the green menu it doesn't show the same page as yours. it says "gem 3.5 main" at the top. the only other entry on the page is "production" how do i get to "version?" i have 2015 a3 cabrio with mmi3g+. i'm activating with obd2 2nd gen.

Holding the "car" button and then the "menu" button didn't work on my 2013 Audi RS5. I have the RSNAV installed for AppleCar play is that why? I am simply trying to get the aux audi input turned on so I have sound with car play. Thanks

Hi Mr.Fix.. I have an US 2011 MMI that I have no idea what version it is ... I wish I could send a picture.. anyway, i have been trying all the combination of buttons and I can't seem to be able to get into the green menu.. do you have any suggestion ? Is there any way that i could send you a pic of my syatem to better understand what version I HAVE ??? Please help :)

You can start with diagnostic tool and scanning the car for faults. Then you can check live data from those two buttons to check if they are working.

Try changing channel 06 under adaptation to 1 instead of going through security access
