No. This menu will not clear any diagnostic codes from SRS in your car.

Check of you font have any warning messages like low fuel, broken bulb...

No. It means "LOCK". As in "Most test menus are locked".

That’s funny, my model has a “check gas cap“ light under the fuel gauge either yours is out or your car doesn’t have that. I guess it’s not a real BMW if it’s not lit up like a Christmas tree lol I love my Z4 tho thanks for the video cheers!!

is your Z4 a facelift model? The facelift cluster also has a "door open" light which the pre-facelift in this video doesn't have.

I did some more research and your car has that "check gas cap" light because it's the US model. The European model doesn't have it.

I have a 2003 z4 automatic with shifter paddles it wont go in to gear what could it be

Did the shifters work before? Might not be communicating with the gear box or something. Could be as simple as a fuse or a new plug or something. Had similar in my dsg vw

instrument cluster diagnostics. also you can check some engine data (RPM, coolant temp.) that will help you diagnosing engine issues on the road when you don't have access to diagnostic interface.
