I FINALLY watch MEAN GIRLS (2004) for the FIRST TIME🌟
Movie Summary:
Teenage Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan) was educated in Africa by her scientist parents. When her family moves to the suburbs of Illinois, Cady finally gets to experience public school and gets a quick primer on the cruel, tacit laws of popularity that divide her fellow students into tightly knit cliques. She unwittingly finds herself in the good graces of an elite group of cool students dubbed "the Plastics," but Cady soon realizes how her shallow group of new friends earned this nickname.

I'm not trying to be mean but I've never come across this channel before. What is wrong with that girl? She looks miserable and angry 99% of this reaction. She doesn't laugh at ANYTHING. She said about 10 words in total. I saw her smile a few times but that's it. I'm not saying this is the greatest movie ever, but it IS funny. She comes across like this movie or this type of comedy is beneath her. It's so bad it's distracting. And it's crazy because he's so fun and just having a good time, and adding commentary... which is the whole point of watching people react to stuff.

She definitely should have apologized to Cady but Cady really didn't have to do anything Janice told her to do, she just gave in to peer pressure. I guess Janice didn't get in trouble because what she did technically happened outside of school whereas Cady saying she wrote the book made her indirectly liable for everything else that happened. Not saying it was right but I can see how a school would do that.
@iris-xo
@iris-xo Жыл бұрын
@@kiannagriffin6631 that’s not a good way of looking at it. I think it depends on how large the school is that determines how cliqish it is. My graduating class in 2012 was about 400 students, the total student body was about 1k. There were cliques, but we didn't stick strictly into the boundaries. But I notice in larger schools, they seem to be more common than in my small school. My best friend moved to our HS the year before we graduated, she came from a school district three times our sizes and she said the cliques there were very defined compared to the school we graduated from.

One of the highschools I went to (I lived in 3 different states throughout highschool) had literally 60 kids in the entire highschool (it was a small, private, Christian school). There were ABSOLUTELY cliques. The basketball kids, aka the popular kids, sat together and then you had the computer kids and art kids. But yeah, there were definitely noticeable "groups.'

Regina misunderstood Janis though, she is not a lesbian. She is LEBANESE..of course Regina would twist it and start a rumor. Anyways, that’s why Kevin (mathlete guy/bad ass MC) kept saying he’s only in women of color and was showing interest in Janis. Also, Damian also implied that the Janis is NOT a lesbian in the bathroom when they first mentioned the reason why Janis doesn’t like Regina is because she spread a RUMOR about Janis..a RUMOR..which means it is not true..and Damian would know the truth and she isn’t. Also, Janis admittedly said she knows she is MEAN..she owns up to it and acknowledges it. Yes she planted the seed in Cady to have that double life, but then also Cady is her own person too. She is an intelligent person and even if she was home schooled..she obviously socially interacted with ppl in Africa or else she wouldn’t have mentioned having her first crush with a boy in Africa. She definitely wasn’t sheltered from social interaction LOL! But I digress…Cady knows what is right and wrong and she most definitely avoided/ignored it because she wanted to have friends or keep her friends. However, after Regina took back Aaron and Cady felt betrayed and hurt by it. That is why Cady fully immersed herself into sabotaging Regina. Janis didn’t have to do much because Cady was on revenge mode on her own terms. So even though it was Janis’ plan in the beginning, Cady pushed it to the extreme level. She really became a PLASTIC, a clone of Regina..and the way she was going.. Cady would probably even more worse than Regina tbh.

You know I’m going to speak a little personal real quick. So In middle school I was bullied soo bad. Even when I would stand up for myself people would just constantly bully me everyday it was like the entire 8th grade students hated me. They might have been jealous since the school was in the the country and I moved from the city. But those two years were the worst school years of my life that ever since I’ve been socially paranoid when it comes to talk to other teenagers. Im in highschool now and I’m going to be a senior this August. I’ve been homeschooled since the 10th grade. My stepmom and dad feel I should go back to public school. )And yes I’m going to college). But I just couldn’t forget how I was treated in the past, the feeling was so bad that it’s just make me feel so much social anxiety making me believe everyone is negative and judgmental😭. But I still talk to people. I have neighbors that I talk with and sometimes I meet their friends. I have two friends in VA that I’ve known since the 6th grade and we still talk and visit each other. When I went on a cruise in March I hung out with this group of teens. I was scared to approach them at first but they seemed preety chill. However I still can’t picture myself in a school with so many people jsut yet. It would make me feel sooo out of place. But hopefully I can try to be more positive about it when going to college. It’s going to be a big changer but it’s just something that I need to work out on my own.

To help you out with your channel, I have compiled a list of the best reaction movies for which there are no (or almost no) reactions, as I think doing any of these will drive more traffic to you since you'll be the only game in town. Most of these are big budget, big star movies that deserve more attention than they are getting from reactors (for example, Dead Zone is as much a sci-fi classic as Terminator and the comedy Year One is way better than Mean Girls and Frailty is right up there with the Sixth Sense in terms of supernatural suspense). Admittedly, some are very much sleepers, but still great movies. Enjoy: Next Source Code Frailty Push Crank Guns Akimbo Year One Land of the Lost Real Men Human Nature House House 2 Heathers Three O'Clock High Better Off Dead Say Anything 13th warrior The Black Hole Dreamscape The Dead Zone Blast from the Past Mr. Destiny Silent Movie the Cheap Detective

I'll have to slightly disagree with you. I went to 3 different highschools in 3 different states and it very much was like that. People definitely sat in groups and if you weren't a part of those groups, you sat by yourself. I did for most of highschool because I was always the outcast loner who had just moved there. But most of the sports kids sat together, and the super smart kids would kinda sit together, and the art/drama kids and band geeks. It's definitely not as prevalent anymore, but in 2006-2010?? It definitely was lol. Edit: I'm non-binary but am AFAB and yes I knew a girl like Regina. We were best friends in elementary and middle school and she became popular (lost weight, got contacts, etc). And could afford the brand name clothes and stuff the cool kids wore. She literally stopped being friends with me because they all wore hip hugger pants and mine were high waisted that I wore close to my hips, because my mother refused to buy me hip huggers. They would make fun of me for that, my glasses, and because I was overweight and had really bad acne. Highschool absolutely sucked. I wouldn't go back for a million dollars. 😂🤣
