Everyone is forgetting the most important detail on the sb 4s that makes them more roomy in the toes . The sb 4 has the encapsulated air unit in the forefoot removed . That’s why more room in the toes and it was done for skaters to feel the floor better for skating . Hope you read this comment @foamersimpson and buckets .

@@devisiveone yes the air unit is in the breds reimagined . It’s in every jordan 4. They only took it out of the sb 4s for skating purposes so that the skater is able to feel the floor better for board control .

yup i feel these were always supposed to be leather. metallic 5's and infrared 6's in leather makes me think 50/50 but the 4's for sure should've been leather idk why i get that feeling

I personally prefer the OG / durabuck Bred 4s but my '19 pair been a nightmare to maintain and keep clean and absolute magnet for dust or any particles like that. These reimagined Bred 4s came out very well imo and leather will be easy to keep clean and less to worry about overall with wearing them etc , they should wear / hold up better over time. Not usually a fan of regular leather on darker AJ4 colorways but in this case think it works pretty well. Plus Bred 4s one of my all time favorite Jordan colorways ; that along with added comfort and improved shape ; can't pass these up. Regardless of supposed high stock will def be a tough retail cop.

@@mrfoamersimpson 100% , just leaving them out / out of the box for a few days they attract dust / any sort of particle in the vicinity as well. Total dust magnet that material. I love the look of it durabuck / nubuck , especially with darker colorways on AJ4s , but definitely has its drawbacks as well.

Sold my 2019 breds recently, so the reimagined are a must for me. The shape is just so much nicer on these, so glad they are making the SB shape the standard now. I love how the toe box and tongue are closer to the OG than the 2019. The leather looks great in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, I prefer nubuck, but leather looks great on this classic silhouette.

9:25 The only thing keeping me from saying these are better than the OG is that I never owned the OG or held the OG or worn the OG. Can't do a side by side comparison. What 99% of us are doing is comparing the reimagined 4 to the retros. These are definitely better than every retro.

These are dope. An instacop. No question. I was hoping people would keep hating on these. But lately i'm noticing a lot of band wagon folk riding the wave. All this talk about the OG's. The OG's are dope no doubt. But these ain't those. And these are what we getting right now. It's wild to me that it took this long for a leather bred 4 to drop. As a chicago guy. I always thought it was weird that MJ always hooped in nubuck 4's, 5's, and 6's in black. And they saved the leather for the white pairs. We used to hoop and play baseball, tag or whatever in our J's when we were young and our shoes would look dusty as fuck afterwards. Because Black nubuck was never really ideal. ButI guess it didn't really matter. These are a 9.5/10 for me. I'm grabbing a pair. for sure. And i'm considering doubling up. Peace to all and stay safe.

Respect to the OGs, but I prefer these if only cause I can wear these without much thought on the weather or anything else. I think what makes it a good reimagined is how good would these be if they were the OG or in terms of the 1s and 3s, the aging is done right. I cant say the suede on a J1 OG high really fits. I dont know of a good one. But we see leather 4s all the time, so it works.
