Today 6 months ago i tried to end my life after a breakup where my ex gf cheated on me after 9 years relationship. I stopped it in the last minute called the ambulance before i got to deep sleep since i ate a whole pack of sleeping pills. Since then i lost 30kg of body fat, now i am 6 times a week in the gym and train hard. I make my BA after work and changed my job for a new one with much higher income. Now i have the best time of my life! ...meanwhile my ex gf got fat and need her daily dose of alcohol, btf i never touched alcohol since then!

I lost my high income job in December. Everything went downhill after, my fiancee left me, traumatized me to this day, i got fired from another job, failed a business, my family is going through it as well. I feel intense defeat. Very hard year idk how I’ll get out of this. I try and try without results.

Keep your head up homie. This life is nothing but an on going test. Just remember you have internet and access to a device. There's always someone who has less. Once you remember that your depression will go away.

Ditch the narrative of dwelling in the past mate, you can't change it. What's done is done. Now its all about surviving. You have a high income job means that you have high income skills and experience which most people don't and that skill stays with you forever if you keep working on it. Don't let the separation between you and your fiance dictate your trajectory towards deprecation. Start fresh, identify your previous mistakes, don't repeat them or correct them. Break a leg mate 👊

Your right pain and suffering does lead to growth as the phrase goes " A person's true nature appears in the situation of crisis".It is kinda hard to put pressure on yourself when ya got limited time

It's crazy you made this video because I've been working out for 4 years now and I've always stayed between 15lbs -25lbs weight and I honestly wonder why the changed stopped. I would increases the reps and it my muscles would burn but the size haven't changed. Recently, I was working out and the 25lbs were all being used so I decided to go up in weight. That's when I realized how much I've been holding back. I've seen videos on ego lifters ripping muscles so I've always humbled myself in the gym. I've been humbling myself a little too much because I've started to use 30's - 45's now and its only been two months and my arms are bigger then they've ever been. Stay humble but never underestimate your abilities. There are people that see what you can't about yourself and they are happy that you are oblivious to your own power.

My first relationship ending because of my partners trauma literally put me through all of this and it was absolute hell, but after I found out further context for my "failure" I decided I wanted to try again but it was an ugly and toxic 3 month wait putting me through a storm and pressure of expectation to try and show up even if Id get ignored. It made me realize a ton of my flaws cause I near made so many dumb impulsive decisions even if I was fair to do it I deep down still trusted them despite how frustrating it was. But in the end it did pan out and they did believe that Id be able to support them (and reinforced myself beforehand that I could do it). It was one of the worst experiences to be put through ever but I went from an insecure mess to a grounded person thats no longer consumed by doubt and anxiety. Been half a year now after this all went down and Ive never felt happier in my life.

Big brother. There is a slight change I have observed. From the past video, I sense a tweak in the words you use, for they have become much more advanced and well-placed. I highly appreciate that advancement, but i do also believe that you are doing a much much better job when you are explaining the most complex of problem in the simplest but clearest of words. Videos like duty and responsibility and about victimization are a proof of that. This one is surely one of my favourites, but i hope we can see the usage of words condense a little in the upcoming videos Forged in Hardship.

Do you think you could make more videos relating to the shadow and the inner darkness within. I know you already made a video like that but incase there’s more to learn from the subject of intergrating the darkness within
@Forged88 Жыл бұрын
Perhaps, depends on the subject at hand. I hate to repeat what I have done so it depends on how deep that specific subject is
