Greetings! Where can I see the schematic diagram of this amplifier?

Single radiator and block for cpu is designed to manage ~~100-150 watts of thermal energy. At a kilowatt, assuming typical efficiency, dumping at least 300 watts thermal into the water loop. Switch to a 360 or 480 computer rad, or a thicker rad... and run time will go significantly up. Hardest part really is water-block design. Really want as much copper-water contact surface as reasonable available there. I've seen a similar running near 2kW sustained for an hour with case temperature never going above 60C for an hour. Water always has the advantage of being much more efficient of removing the heat from the generation source. Definitely something that I want to try someday.

Yes, this cooling was only good for about 5 minutes at 1kw continuos duty.

very cool, Im sure many of us have thought of it but haven't seen it done yet. I wonder why this isn't done more?

Very impressive amp. That semiconductor appears to cost around US$1300. Is that correct? Did you use the NXP reference design circuit for the amp?

Hi. I like your works very much. I am also a HF builder (homemade!!). I have a 2 x MRFX1k80H amp in the works. I can't find TC 24 cable. Can you help me with a source to buy this cable?? I do not want from the Chinese people!!! Good day!! YO8WTW, 73!!

I am not sure what tc-24 cable is? I use tc-18 on this amp. this can be bought from communication concepts.I went back and I found the tc-24 reference, you can use any 50 ohm small coax on the input. rg-316 or anything.

How is the amp on harmonics? And on different bands?

The LDMOS devices are terrible, you must use a low pass filter.
