@@MrGiant Elaborating on that. There is great misconception that Slavs come from East pushed to Europe by Huns. That is simply not true. Serbs arrived to Balkans in 6'th century, pushed there by Hun'garians (yes, they are Huns), but from the north. After they established contact with Byzantium (though it is unclear if those tribes didn't arive there on they own merit). There are proves that Slavs inhabited region of Vistula River and Dniepr as far as 1'th century. Where they were known to Romans as Veneti. Though Romans didn't have border with them and never stabilized open relations, Roman sources do mention vast empire existing in this region according to Germanic tribes. Slavs go off radar in early medieval, because translation issue. Holly Roman Empire dealt with vast tribal union known as Wends. Which for many years was mistaken with Vikings (it is interesting note that Baltic shamans did use animal horns) as only known source about them was from the Nordic Sagas, as they didn't know writing. To make things worst, contact with them was made from South, though Moravia. As such it was not clear that large Christianized tribal union was the same. As they did refer to themselves as Lechs and later by dominant tribe the Polans. As result remaining Wands from Veleti League was conquered by Germans and they capital Berlin was absorbed into HRE (later inheriting also Polish land of Prussia). And yes. It is hilarious that Poland was directly involved in unification of the Germany. Anyway, region is still inhabited by Slavic Sorbs, who are closely related to Serbs.

Germany has been trying to push fake history to give themselves historical right to Serbian lands, and other slavs lands. Migration in 6. century is a TOTAL lie. I seen tombstones form 1. century in Serbian and Jewish on same stone. You have it in Branka Kujic books. Another lie is that Germans existed during times of Rome. No it did not. On the territory of today Germany lived 2 cultures in peace and very intertwined and integrated. Kelts with Slavs/Serbs where original inhabitants of more then half of Europe including Germany. Thats what they want to hide. Byzantium is modern fabricated name, it never existed. It was called originally Romeia and they ruled over Serbian population from Italy to Constantinople. It was a empire founded on blood, it was Rome and nothing else.

@@abcvzz Those are not mutually exclusive. Presence of Slavs in Balkans was recorded as far as 6'th century. And they come from north where Slavs were known to be from at least 1'th. What you speak is Russia, what exist only from 16'th century and including Muscovy as prostate, from 12'th. So less then 800 years. While Christianization of Serbia take place in 9'th century and it is well recorded event.

A disgraceful act was conducted in Kosovo recently. French, allegedly without the knowledge of local autorities, moved a Serbian WW1 monument on a cemetary, I don't remember the place right now, and built a NATO monument on it's place. French, Serbian allies in WW1? Disgusting and disgraceful. And they say there is no ethnic cleansing in Kosovo against Serbs. Even authorised and conducted by Serbian former allies and current co-occupiers of Kosovo.

@@fifi23o5 yes on original spot i think yesterday or day before. Kosovo institution removed them but i forgot ho urge to take it back. That's first attempt, there will still be the removal of Serbian historical landmarks that date back to the 13th and 14th centuries, and there are a lot of them. The monasteries that survived under the Ottoman occupation will come next, because the Albanian population, as much as everyone portrays them as innocent victims, are terrorists. Imagine I come with an army of murderers, criminals and we illegally enter Texas, for example, and so on for decades until we are less than the American people and suddenly we start a war of liberation to secede from Texas. And that is the story with Kosovo, which according to UN and international community resolution 1244, as well as according to the Serbian constitution, is an inalienable part of Serbia.

Serbs killed and pushed Kosovo Albanians to Albania in collaboration with Macedonians and Montenegrians and with the pressure of Austro-Hungarians they had to Accept us back into our land however the places Niš, Toplica and Aleksinac didn't allow Albanians to return and they had to stay in Kosovo as well or some of them went to Turkey.

One of first modern constitutions in the world was Serbian. 1835 they made law that say how every slave becomes a free man same moment when he step on Serbian soil. In aftermath, how Serbs from inhumanely brave Crna Gora sacrificed themselves at Mojkovac on Christmas Eve 1916. Holding back numerous Austrian army, dying one by one, so that army from Serbia could pass... 😢😢😢 After, Serbian army recovered in Greece and Tunisia and broke through Salonica. After seeing them, Austrians and Bulgarians yelled: "Beware living, here they come the Resurrected." Infantry was running faster than french cavalry, destroying all foe in sight, reaching Slovenia in north and occupying Welden am Wörthersee, Austria, right before Wilhelm II surrendered. 8000 of them who couldn't recover, their bodies were laid in Ionian sea from Corfu Greece. Lack of land for burial. Dedicated Poem of Milutin Bojic "Плава Гробница/ Blue Tomb" became an anthem for all Serbs. Tears fall themselves each time listening.

You should definitely look up Serbian saga from the beginning of 20th century, when we saw the end of three empires (1912-1918). Ottoman, Austrian, German. Balkan liberation wars (1912-13); first stunner victories against massive enemy in WW1 at mount Cer & river Kolubara 1914; German offensive under field marshal August von Mackensen followed in 1915-16. Exhausted serbian army, with King and government had no choice but to retreat via south over Albanian mountains to the sea shores, leaving and even burying insignia of Kingdom at Kosovo. Except for immortal regiment of major Dragutin Gavrilovic, who defended Belgrade. Mackensen himself raised monument in their honor. He had great respect for the Serbian nation.

Thank you for sharing this video with us. Many do not know about Serbia and its sufferings. It was constantly attacked by large countries, but it managed to survive despite heavy losses. Even in the 20th century, NATO bombed Serbia without the decision of the United Nations Security Council, and seized a part of Serbia's territory, Kosovo. Since then, many hotspots in the world have started, because if you steal a piece of territory from someone, why can't one country steal from another. Thank you again for sharing this video with us.

Novak Đoković's father is a Montenegrin and his mother is a Croat... and and for them they are all Serbs, when fits them. From poruduction "Pogledi" i recomendet a documentary movie General Draza Mihailovich which certainly speaks more extensively than here. That documentary you have with sub on english and dub on english. It's about a to the general who led the largest guerrilla resistance movement in Europe during WW2 against Hitler and Axies in Kingdom of Yugoslavia (today Serbia) That man and our Yugoslav Chetniks prevented the flow of war material to North Africa through sabotage and diversions on railways in Serbia. From the background, this general defeated Hitler's best military leader that way - Erwin Rommel, and thus the British Eighth Army successfully drove his troops out of there in 1942...When you look at Visat History Channel, you will often see them talking about WW2 or Day D, but you will never hear anything about the Serbian resistance movement and contribution, and that Day D, which is the most important part of American and British history, should actually have happened with the landing on the Adriatic Sea in 1943 in Yugoslavia, the allies were supposed to liberate Europe together with our Chetniks !

You are great man, Mr. Giant. Just to correct narrative little bit. There was no migration of Serbs to Balkans in the fifth or the sixth century since they have been there since time immemorial and their first states were not established in the ninth century but way before that time.
