The rest are various support roles. Assuming the military through every last service member and none refused to comply (which isn't going to be the case) added to the 1,000,000 officers again falsely assuming 100 compliance we still out number them 45:1. And the military would collapse fast because their supply chain and all support roles would be elsewhere. Stop living in fear, what I just showed is worst case scenario if we all just stood up one day and said no more unconstitutional laws, they are nullified as of right now. ATF logic: form 1 suppressor is a supressor you manufacture at home. These solvent traps create constructive intent though so they were always supressors so you need to form 4 them. This ISN'T about "Safety"...It's about MONEY. MONEY they Won't be receiving in the form of "permission slips" for things WE should be able to own and possess in the First Place! Follow the MONEY Always.

Unbelievable how many of us watching these kinds of videos served this same government that has become so blatantly and irresponsibly tyrannical! Makes me ashamed

So... If the letter wasn't sent registered mail, requiring signature, how can anyone be held liable for a change in attitude/politics at the AFT?
@joejohnson41833 жыл бұрын
Since when did ATTEMPTING to acquire a solvent trap or parts become illegal ? And in the letter the ATF has already determined that whatever parts they are referring to is a silencer and/or parts with the intent to make a silencer . Quite a leap stating that the parts when sold was legal and that they knew exactly what the purchaser was going to do with them . Merely buying a legal product does not prove intent to make the item into an illegal item and they will lose ever court case if try .

Why is ATF worried about suppression of weapons,I didn't know that every crime that's been committed was with a suppressor.

You remember that electrical conduit you bought from your local building supply store when you put that freezer in your basement? Well the ATF seized their records cuz they KNOW you're making silencers! Turn your self in! AND by the way, who gave you permission to buy a freezer?! The ATF endgame is to make every part you put IN and/or ON your gun a "registered" item! Key word here is "registered"... we know what that leads to! SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!

When it all falls apart any former "FED" encountered should be asked "Where's your AFT forms now?", or "Double standards for justice? You are the reason this is happening...not us."

They also want to send them photos of how you produce the silencer to approve form 1. This is a step for self-incrimination in photos.

Regardless of how the NFA is written, the federal government (NOT just the ATF) has NO authority to prevent a private individual from purchasing ANYTHING, regardless of whether it's related to Firearms or not. The ONLY authority the federal government has is to regulate interstate commerce, and even then, they can only regulate the sale of goods and not the purchase meaning that I can buy whatever I want, I just can't sell regulated items across state lines without the feds permission.

If only the AFT put this much time, money, and energy into getting the firearms out of the true criminals hands. I don't own one but was looking into getting one but I don't even think I'm gonna bother. Between the cost and hassle is it really worth it?

I would LOVE to see the ATF go after the owner of the custom bodywork and paint shop I was working at when I became disabled (from a car into my motorcycle accident, not due to the shop) because we built a spraygun cleaner using 6 solvent traps made by a certain Georgia machine company! Talk about self owning if that hits court.
@weigu513 жыл бұрын
So what ATF wants us to do is file a form 4 with $200 for a Solvent Trap to CLEAN guns and then file another form 1 once I decided to make it in a silencer? Is this the logical way to do this for them now?!
