Can we have a video on the other known species that exist on xenomorph prime? It is the only planet known with species strong enough to sustain life on a planet with an infestation. All other planets ecosystem are eventually overrun.... except this one. I want to know more about the species that can survive and indeed prey upon xenos..... Also another interesting video would be one about the Drukathi. The race that the leader of the predators spoke a lot about in the Rage War novels. They are the only race the Yautja have stated they actually fear: "The Drukathi have been encountered by Predators in the past. The Yautja consider them incredibly advanced, here's a quote from Elder Kalakta. "To us, your human lives are a fleeting thing. You are whispers in the dark, hardly heard... I can hear your heart now, bang, bang, bang... rushing toward your end. As if eager. To the Drukathi, Yautja lives would seem the same." Elder Kalakta (leader of most of the yautja species) admits that he is afraid of them (and that coming from a Predator Elder says alot). He states that the Drukathi have left this galaxy for another one, hinting that they may still be around and not entirely extinct as Out of the Shadows, Sea of Sorrows and Incursion may have lead us to believe. Also, Palant and Kalakta discuss the Drukathi's involvement in the Rage War, hinting that they may have been behind it all along. Palant suggested they "engineered" this war while Kalakta states that they have "aided" it instead. The Drukathi have designed the slug-like Faze whose colour toys with our perception as we gaze at it, always changing but not truly fading, merely being suggested to our brains. They built it to prevent other civilizations from becoming too advanced. It will go around improving said civilization's technology etc as it did with the Founders/Rage, but it also has its own agenda it would seem. Kalakta says to Palant that he doesn't think the Drukathi consider the Rage "too advanced", if not them, then who? Humanity? Yautja? (Rage did attack both afterall.) From what we've see or heard so far, it appears that the Drukathi may be as advanced as the Engineers or Jockeys, if not more so... if even Predators are wary of them, then damn... also this species is millions of years old, they've left this galaxy millions of years ago as well (kinda hinting the Yautja have likely been spacefaring for millions of years if they're aware of them and have a "long history" with them according to Kalakta who is speculated to be a thousand years old himself.) But we know that the Yautja never had a reason to "go after" them, I assume they didn't even hunt them. Later in the book, Palant begins sounding hopeless as she says that "nothing matters", and that "everything is the will of the Drukathi", bringing an almost god-like status to these ancient primordial aliens and their influence left behind on our galaxy and its denizens. It seems the Engineers aren't the only big boys in the galaxy..."

But on the topic of who would win between a empress and a palatine just by comparing them you would think Empress but size doesn't necessarily mean superiority. Nor strength. Sure it would be nice to have that advantage but other factors are also at play. has it even been determined that empress's are actually stronger than palantines? Maybe an empress is bigger but that doesn't mean stronger. Also of note is the fact that the queen mother would choose paladin's as her guardians. On xenomorph prime you would think that there would also be empress's and even Queens living their too. The queen mother could choose empress's as her Royal Guardians. it could make sense to do that as well considering empress's have a level of authority over queens and other alien species to command over like a military unit. but the queen mother didn't choose Empress has to be her guardians. that fact alone should tell you how much of a threat that Palatine's really are. If she chose them over Empresses, then pelicans have to be exceptionally tough hombres in battle. That's their specialty after all. Their sole purpose for existence. I wouldn't say they could win against the Queen Mother, but if anyone could defeat a Queen Mother it would probably be a Palantine. After all if a queen mother dies the Palatine's take control, not a Queen or Empress until a new Queen Mother milts from the Palantine to take back command. That is also a significant piece of info to consider.

I vaguely remember the Palatines from the comic that featured the Queen Mother as I saw a breakdown of it. The Empress I remember from the AvP game on PS3 and Xbox 360. Both are definitely tough for sure but I found the Empress to have very limited movement even under distress.

empress would undoubtedly win due to it being the second to last form in the matriarch/ mother hierarchy as compared to the Palatine which is the final stage of the drone hierarchy, being the final stage it would still only be the most powerful form of drone whereas the empress is an already aged queen, the levels of strength and ferocity of the queen cast I'd say from an outer standpoint would be incomparable to that of the drone cast.

How would a Face hugger implant in a larger host? I know it has been done in a comic with a crocodile. But I have seen fan art of a T-rex Xenomorph. So in theory how might a face hugger implant in a creature that could swallow it whole?

+BaleScream potentially go inside it whole and alive and become implant it that way. It doesn't need to do the hugging part, its a byproduct of using the human host in theory and the mass around the face, they need to keep breathing. But if it climbed inside, it would just plant it then die

Hmm, maybe but the chances are slim. Their loyalty is to the Queen Mother, almost even in the genetic level. If they went Rogue the Queen Mother would just take them out easily considering that she is capable of doing impressive telepathic and emphatic feats, such as ( Ordering other xenomorph castes into her aid, make the Palatines fight each other (mind-control ?:P), Let the Palatines commit suicide).

It would’ve been reasonable for the Empress to win, however, if you think bout it, the Palatine is the closest to the Queen Mother, and being a guard which protects only the Queen Mother, it’s logical for it to be extremely strong, and addition to them being aggressive, they should be able to defeat all other Xenos below the Queen Mother So basically, it’s more logical for the Palatine to win rather than an Empress

+Mr. Roman there isn't information really, they simply lay eggs. The embryo is implanted from the face hugger though, So realistically all the queen does is lay the carrier of the embryo which is implanted into hosts. The "fertilization" is then from the host, a tumour like embryo grows and extracts DNA from the host which is combined with the xenomorph

Jussi Haili closest example I can give you is the alien king, or the rogue xenomorph.(My opinion) Xenomorphs don't start out as male/ female like we do. The embryo is implanted into a host, then they evolve to suit the needs of the hive/ higher caste/ queen requires. As xenomorphs mature, their bodies may change depending on certain factors. Such as what host was implanted with an embryo, has the queen died, or does the queen need new guards. All of these different factors play a role in the xenomorph life cycle.

Always a massive fan of the franchise and when I did a video on the alien covenant theories it just got so many views, which I wasn't expecting and I didn't realise there was an interest out there so I did a few more and then just kept doing it as people wanted topics covered etc :) nows it just kinda blown up.... In a direct confrontation the Palatine would win because the Empress, like all queens, spends a lot of time imobile while laying eggs. The Palatine is a combat bred specimen. It will likely be able to kill an Empress should the need to replace her arise.

Size doesn't necessarily mean more dangerous. Remember the pelicans are specialized at fighting only. That's literally why they are alive. If Empresses were truly stronger or more elite than you would think the queen mother would use them as their guardians over Palatine's. after all on xenomorph prime I'm sure there are Empresses and Queens besides the Queen Mother. So the Queen Mother would be able to choose her guardians. Being she surrounds herself with Palatine's would show how confident she is she is in their ability to protect.
