We scan bilateral hands with the palms together, like the praying position with the patient prone. Makes it easier to do sagittal imaging, but may be slightly more uncomfortable for the patient

Try using Tim planning for the morphological sequences. With those coils and boost you do not need more than 1 average. It avoids anatomy from the opposite wrist getting in the way.
