For the colorways, “Uniform Atlantis” is a reference color palette to Aquaman (orange and green), Signal is a reference to the related character Duke Thomas (The Signal), and Uniform Kobra is a reference to the DC criminal organization Kobra (which is like DC’s equivalent to Marvel’s HYDRA, but instead of Nazis they are cultists that are heavily tied to the League of Shadows)

The fact that at least 4 of Dick Grayson's love interests (Bridget Clancy, Sonia Branch, Starfire, and Shawn Tsang) are referenced in this game when his ex-girlfriend Barbara is in the actual game is insane. Gotta love that they brought out the obscurity from Shawn Tsang, though. At least there's potential there if he decides to rekindle stuff with her now that he and Barbs ended on a mutually respective note..

2:03 I think Tribute Slade may highly also be a reference to the Teen Titans two-parter episode, The Apprentice, wher Robin (who was Dick Grayson in that show) became the apprentice of Deathstroke, who instead went by Slade in the show. It's super obvious.

the colors in the game are blue and orange, the colors robin wore when he was working for Slade were black and orange, so I don't think that's what it was a reference to

Dr. Wilkins is two-faces butler. not surprised you didnt know he was only shown once in all of DC in batman #50 (1948) I think and only the people who have all of the batman comics and know them almost word by word.

When it comes to the cereal boxes on the refrigerator, while it is a reference to Booster Gold, you missed something else. The little robot on the front of the box is a reference to Skeets, Booster Gold's robot assistant who helps him while he fights crime. He's also from the future like Booster is and he serves to give Booster info about events that happen in the past (our present) so that Booster can stop crime.

I remember the first time I heard Alfred had a daughter- probably going on like 25 years ago in the 90s cartoon. She was outraged that her father was still a servant and that he was taken advantage of. And when this was brought to his attention he basically said my servitude is highly prized by the most important person in existence. The subtext of course being- another person knows who Batman is. And that tiny little aside saying ace lives with her now.. It’s not an A+ game. But it’s definitely fun bouncing around Gotham with friends.

You mention Darek Powers when discussing Foxteca, which is naturally a Batman Beyond reference, but didn't mention him in the Powers Club segment. Darek Powers was created for Batman Beyond and the game has essentially integrated the character's family into the history of Gotham by including the club. It was named after the "Powers Brothers", who were powerful bankers in Gotham, and it was the home of Gloria Powers until her death in 1973. I assume she is a great-great grandmother of Darek who will one day merge his company with Wayne Industries and create Wayne-Powers. I found this reference one of the more interesting ones because WB Montreal had designed their city by building it from the ground up, imagining what it was like before it was colonized and then building it up century by century until it had a full history like any real world city. It makes me wonder if they could continue building the city for future games, (assuming they make anymore), and they eventually give us a Batman Beyond style game set within Neo-Gotham which is built atop the Gotham we're currently playing in. That would be really neat. Gotham Knights has its problems, but I honestly don't think it's as bad as people were saying. It deserves sequels.

Kinda sad that beside the card, there’s no Easter egg for joker, like ace chemical plant, amusement mile park being closed , evidence of his crimes like smiling fish, hand buzzer or gun with a flag that say bang on it. Or a picture of him with hearts on it in Harley office or maybe darts on it if she hate the joker guts. I mean he’s Batman archenemy for goodness sake

Also, with the "Magical Theater" advertisement, if you look above the words "Magical Theater," you'll see a face with red eyes and demon horns. The particular design for that face is a reference to Etrigan, or "The Demon," who is also a very well-known DC character in the supernatural side of their comics.

Everyone's least favorite Easter egg in this game. Then again, it's hard to blame them when the dude is as bland as a sheet of paper that may as well just blow away through the wind and has no purpose other than making Tim bisexual. But I ain't gonna complain, I don't know much about the DC characters other than what fanfiction, Tumblr, animation, video games, Watchmojo, and Screen Rant and CBR have already said about them. I'm gonna cheese the fact that an infinite multiverse exists so we all get our favorite pairings out there without compromising on the other..

During his side story, you can see Dick Grayson (Nightwing) drinking from a mug with the Blüdhaven logo but it’s in the colors of the bisexual pride flag. This implies that he is bi and in an email from Barbara (Batgirl), she mentions that in an interview that when they asked about his type, he simply replies, “all people are gorgeous, why limit myself?” (I’m paraphrasing tho)

Hey the giant coin is a nod to the animated series where in the episode “Almost had him” where the villains discuss how they almost killed Batman . . The giant coin is seen multiple times through the animated series after this episode in rye batcave . Two face tied Batman too this coin and flipped it stating “heads your crushed tailed it will just break every bone in your body” After Twoface is finished his story he says and “And can you believe they let him keep it” after penguin or joker asks what happened to the giant coin Just thought you may like to know this however if I’m wrong sorry Either way great videos mate keep up the good work 😁
