2:10 the lady looks so impressed by what she did to help the customer, just thought it was funny.

For those customers that just want to get in and out as quickly as possible, they may find this type of customer service irritating and a waste of their time.
@JM-nh8yp4 жыл бұрын
I agree. Then the employees simply adjust their strategy to help the customer in a hurry. Ive had that experience many times. The employee speeds up and gets right to the point.

This videos awesome, my schools making me write notes revolving this video and it makes me think how cool it is to make a video and it actually be homework for someone else.

Im about to send this video to some companies. I think every employee should watch to keepba sense of how they are supposed to treat the public/potential pauing customer.

Lol this is the perfect video. It’s the opposite of the last video I saw when this dude came to Slegg and got poor customer service. Sad reality is, forget hardware stores, any ordinary retail or grocery shop that I personally went to, about less than half the people are nice and the remaining clerks are mindless zombies. They have no energy, they could care less about the customers let alone them being at work and they have a stickler attitude which pisses me off. I’m gonna be honest, many years ago when I went to Walmart with my family and I was just in middle school, customer service was friendly. Everyone treated each other with decency. However because of this modern era where people are stubborn and selfish, no one does this, especially in places like Walmart, Sams, Marshalls etc. They look people funny and not care about anyone or anything. How strange we live in crazy times like now. Unless we know how to be kind to others and show gratitude, we will never change our colors. That’s that.

This is exactly how I would expect a store that has 10 employees and only 1 customer to act. Too bad that this is completely unrealistic in the real world.
@JM-nh8yp4 жыл бұрын
False. I get excellent service from certain stores that are extremely busy. Its all about the training and employees that actually care.

Pushing sales, answering the phone when the customer is waiting. Lifting your finger to the customer to tell him to wait as your on the phone. Yeah, great customer service video 😂

Clearly you don't work in retail where you have to multitask and help store make money so you can have a paycheck. The world doesn't revolve around you Karen

@@johnbasden2777 well said. customers like "karen" aka james are ridiculous.

@@johnbasden2777 Perhaps not, but a TRAINING VIDEO is meant to show a standard to meet, not the current reality of customer service, you muppet.
