First of all Looking very pretty.simple yet breathtaking. Fir dry skin, You don't need niacinamide mostly. Use Glycolic acid toner Followed by hyaluronic acid serum vit c serum And a moisturizer. That's it. Use retinol twice a week. And you're done. ( I'm a doctor)

Maybe you are allergic to Vitamin C. In that case, tranexmic acid, Kojic acid and Alpha Arbutin does almost the same thing as Vitamin C. Experiment with one serum at a time to see what works for you. Personally for me, Tranexamic works beautifully and AA and KA does not work on my skin.
