1) She may be on medication, because if she had surgery, the docs would give her pain meds, and maybe meds to help heal her. 2) Her actions are on camera, and will most likely be used as evidence against her in children's court. I'd be surprised if she gets supervised visitation.

That is if she has kids, could be one of the real crazy ones but I'm sure the drugs did something and with an addiction program, she might get custody back if she had any to begin with. Sadly women, no matter what the reason, get full custody of the children in most cases. It's all assumptions until we find out. I can't find the name of her so I can't do any research on what became of her.

what do you mean by that? Because if what you're referring to is her rapidly changing demeanors/ emotions, is not how bi-polar works. Her symptoms show more of an episode due to possible BPD along with drug abuse which could also add to a possible psychotic break. Im thinking a psychotic break due to her disassociation with not only the world around her but herself, i.e when she keeps saying "Can you let her go", "she didn't do anything, can you let her go". Obviously can't diagnose from only video, but it seems like the most likely cause.

@@xFatalGG You are probably right. I was thinking she might be on medication from her surgery along with having BPD. I’m not qualified to know. I just recognized the behavior from the experience I’ve had with BPD people I knew. Thank you for your clarification.

I'm not sure they could not go in after her if she was to go back inside again. The rules on leaving an ongoing investigation and seeing the perpetrator (I hate that word in this context) go into the dwelling changes rights on sovereignty of said dwelling. I'm pretty sure they could pursue but nothing in the house could be used as evidence if collected without a warrant. Obviously different states have different rules.

I'm not a cop I'm a case manager, so I don't enforce any laws but if they deemed her mental health to be a risk to herself or others would they be allowed to pursue? What got me was initially she didn't appear to have committed a crime, and it seems like initially they were leaving until her behaviors became more aggressive.
