Well they were trying to explain what happened to captured clone soldiers that were presumed dead the stories were already out there but they wanted a character that fans already knew to portray the situation

I’m 45 and my son is 15. He grew up on The Clone Wars and loves Clone Troopers more than Jedi. Captain Rex and Ahsoka are his favorite Star Wars characters. Two of my work colleagues have no kids and “don’t understand why clone troopers are so popular today.” This clip of Clone Trooper BAD ASSERY perfectly encapsulates why “kids today” think Clone Troopers are the BEES KNEES!

You couldn't have possibly recognised Echo's number, because this episode was the first time it was ever mentioned in the series. In fact he even had a different number in supplementary materials (Ultimate Star Wars sourcebook had it as CT-21-0408).

I wish Fives were here to eventually see Echo. Imagine if they put Ahsoka’s return arc at the end of S6 and Five’s conspiracy plot comes right after Echo’s rescue. I’m not 100% sure how that would work timeline wise, but I think that would make more sense to me. Less time between Five’s death and order 66 makes Rex’s scene in order 66 even better with his tears.

Man this squad was so deadly and elite. A unit of experimental commandos that were given special abilities, and 2 heavily experienced war veterans who are ARC troopers (can’t find anything to confirm Rex). What a deadly combination.

So ive got it figured out that you are the one who makes the supercut for rots and extended for tpm and aotc. Idea: Considering the fact that the count dooku storylines basically takes place in the middle of tpm you should add them into the extended cut. Would be really cool to see. Obv only add the ones that make sense timeline wise with the movie, like when we see him grieve the death of qui gon

They released the unfinished Bad Batch introduction arc and the Crystal Crisis arc on the StarWars website in 2014 and 15 if I recall. At least that's where I watched them. Then some people uploaded them to KZbin as well, but after season 7 was finished, at least the Bad Batch unfinished episodes got taken down from here.

The biggest disappointment in clone wars and bad batch was never seeing wrecker use a Z-6 Rotary Cannon. That and the squad never fully reuniting before Techs death 😢😢😢
